DON'T ORDER
Ordered samples canceled subscription on the 1st and was changed $70 a week later. Emailed and all they said was it was already processed. It didnt help my daughter.
Scammer!!
This place and the supplements are a joke! They don’t work and will make you sick. Then you let them know for a refund and you can’t get one because you got a “free” sample which they automatically sign you up for a subscription without your knowledge so your locked in and they are stealing money from you because they said you should have know it was a subscription. Then you have a HIDDEN account that you know nothing about and have no access to until the send you a link to cancel the subscription BUT they still charge you even after it’s cancelled! I can’t wait for the day I see them being sued! BEWARE of this company
SCAM!!
SCAM!!! I paid for the “free samples” that were shipped back to the sender. Then I got an email that a subscription I never signed up for had shipped. The same thing happened to this order. They are shipping the “products” back to themselves!
Shotty product and even worse customer service
I couldn't really tell a difference when I tried the 4 sample supplements that I ordered, so good thing my sample order automatically subscribed me to their subscription service without me realizing so that I could try the product for longer.
I tried to reach out the first time I realized I was subscribed to their service and I was told it was too late to cancel.
I still haven't tried the product too much, as every time I take one for the day I seem to have stomach issues or generally am abnormally irritable, as well as actually experiencing a harder time focusing and being even more scatter brained.
With that being said, I thought I cancelled my subscription a few weeks ago again, and then received another email that my order was getting ready to ship.
I immediately emailed back and asked them to cancel, stating I believed I already cancelled on my end.
I was told there was nothing that could be done but NOW my subscription was getting cancelled.
Reading through their terms and refund policy, this company just seems like it's trying to trap you into a costly subscription service without a decent product that's even the slightest bit worth it.
Terrible
Terrible, SCAM of a company. I ordered 2 “free” samples by paying $4.99 in shipping. Almost 2 wks had gone by and still hadn’t received them. First I called the post office, only to find that only a tracking # had been created, no order ever shipped. I went looking online for a customer service phone #. THAT is when I came across other customer’s complaints saying they automatically sign you up for a subscription. To even get to your own account, they have to email you a link, which was confusing enough, but sure enough, there it was, TWO subscriptions for this junk. The ONLY customer service they even have is a live chat that never responds, and no where to cancel these subscriptions. Finally, I changed the days they would send out subscription and out of no where, a cancel subscription option appeared. SHADY AF, STAY FAR AWAY!!!
Didn't do anything
Didn't do anything, and they didn't give me the 150 samples I ordered. I only got 2. Sketchy company
This place is horrible I payed for…
This place is horrible I payed for three day shipping it’s been 11 days I haven’t got my order wow at this point just give me my money back I don’t need your focus !!!
Fuxjing scammers just made me pay for…
Fuxjing scammers just made me pay for $27???? I didn’t even order anything since the “free ($5) trial” which hasn’t even arrived yet by the way and was ordered only a week ago… scammers!!!
Very misleading and not worth the money.
F’in Focus is advertised as the “greatest” product that helps you focus and get things done — but it does absolutely nothing. No focus, no energy, no results.
On top of that, watch your charges closely. They start billing a subscription fee as soon as the product ships, before you even receive it, even if you specifically did not select auto-renewal.
Despite never signing up for a subscription and canceling immediately once I noticed, they continue attempting to charge my card a $30 renewal fee.
Unwanted subscription cant be cancelled
I did not sign up for a subscription but they continue to charge my card. They confirmed they canceled my unwanted subscription only to be charged again this month.
BE SAFE AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM F'ING SUPPLEMENTS
This company was once trustworthy. Now their customer service disappeared, they scam people requesting samples into expensive orders that were not part of the deal before, their items don't show up half the time and THEY HAVE MADE IT LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION.
BE SAFE AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM F'ING SUPPLEMENTS.
DONT USE
DONT USE ! They made me so sick terrible headache nausea for days after taking ! From what I’ve read I’m not the only person this has happened to, my PCP said not to take these things. I’m shocked they are still in business!
This company is scamming people
This company is scamming people! I ordered a sample, never received it. That created a subscription
, which I cancelled and received conference that I would not be charged. Weeks later they sent an order ans charged me ans refused to refund it
It made me sick
It made me sick and my primary care doctor said do not take and I have contacted them three different times and CAN’T get a response. I was sent and charged for two samples instead of one and they refund my money but I CAN’T take this stuff ! I would spend all my time in the bathroom ! No more!
Don't Get Scammed!
I tried leaving a review on their website and it doesn't work. Paid $5 to order a 14-day sample and received 2 hydration packs. Poor experience paid $5 for this sample. I love hydration packs, and this was the biggest disappointment. Feel I got scammed.
Disappointing Save The Cash
Deceptive business practices
After ordering a sample of these focus supplements (which didn't work and made me sick), I was charged $132.94 for a subscription to them that I never signed up for. I was aware that samples usually mean signing up for a subscription that needs to be cancelled, but when I tried to log back in to ensure I wouldn't be charged for future shipments, I found that I didn't have an account and was therefore unable to manage subscriptions or shipments, implying that I didn't have an active subscription. After being charged the full amount, I reached out to the company on their website chat feature, their customer service email, and even social media, but have yet to receive a response, although I did receive a notification that my shipment is "on its way." After being charged over a hundred dollars, I was THEN somehow able to log into my account and cancel future shipments, although it wasn't easy, as they make their website difficult to navigate and the process to cancel is not straightforward (I have a background in web development and still struggled, so it was not user error). After reading countless reviews about this businesses deceptive business practices, I am likely going to reach out to as many victims as I can find and seek legal representation to file a class action lawsuit, as it seems this has been going on for years. If anyone reading this review is interested in joining me, feel free to reach out.
Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.
Horrible. Horrible horrible experience. DO NOT BUY. Don’t even ask for a sample. Totally not worth it. I am so surprised there isn’t a class action lawsuit yet. I signed up for the samples, knowing that if I didn’t cancel I would be on a subscription. I set my calendar for the time my sample period would be over and I was charged 3 days earlier for the 52+ dollar/month subscription. I immediately sent a message as soon as I saw the charge and they not only sent it anyway but have not responded or refunded me!
The product did nothing for me at all and it is expensive for something that literally does nothing.
Not happy at all when I got the sample…
Not happy at all when I got the sample and it came with only 3 days to try it!! And they didn’t even told me I was going to be charged with a monthly charge every 28 days!! Guys please give me a break and try ur stuff not only for 3 days and then you start taking my money before I said yes, I liked it!!! Or no, I didn’t like it!!!
They already took almost 30 dlls from my bank account and I didn’t even noticed a change in my life with their 6 pills they sent for free???? Free???? Hahahaha yes !!!!
Good for you people!!!
Don’t trust them!!!
Absolute snake oil and shady owner
Absolute snake oil and shady owner with deceptive practices. I just got charged for a $300 order that I did not approve and had no warning of because I tried a sample pack 53 weeks ago. Completely insane as to how this place is still in operation.
