I ordered the swing for my new…

I ordered the swing for my new grandbaby in February. I have not received the item. I reached out to them in March and was told it would be coming in 2 to 3 weeks. It's May and still no swing. I emailed them Friday and no response from that yet. You know people work hard for their money especially with the price of things now. It's not hard to be honest and a good person.

I am so sorry for your experience. We did have some delays which we did try to communicate over email. I believe that our team has responded to all your emails and questions as well. We did receive our swings this week and offered to ship yours but you requested we cancel the order. Which we did. Our team will reach out to you one more time to see if you still want the item.

The product is top quality

The product is top quality. I was disappointed with the shipping, as it took far longer than advertised, but eventually I got my items. Overall I'm glad I found this company, but the shipping time could have been faster.

SCAM????

I am still waiting for my swing that was ordered at the beginning of November. This company may be a scam . I guess I am not giving this as a Christmas present.

The most unethical company. Avoid this scam!!

This is regarding order 96139. For a discounted price of $111 (Black Friday “deal”) for the oval play mat, I received only the foam tube with no fringe cover as pictured and described in the product description. I have emailed customer service 5 times in the past week to request a prepaid label to send the tube back for a refund. No response whatsoever to my request. I have also called their phone number which goes directly to voicemail. I wish I had read the reviews of the company on trustpilot.com before making a purchase. This company is a scam. Please do yourself a favor and read the reviews of the company before buying. I will not only post a review to warn others on social media, but I will also file fraud with my credit card company.

We are still waiting for our order

We have ordered and paid for
Macrame round play mat & play gym bundle in September.
Order 95175.
To date we have not received same.
In their last update email we were told that the shipment should arrive at a warehouse November 17 , 2023 and the will be shipped to us.
It’s very hard to receive a response to an email.
We are very frustrated and disappointed.
Not sure what to do at this point.

We sent you the tracking and the confirmation of the pick up by the USPS. You are located in Canada and the tracking only goes that far until it is handed over to your local shipper. After that it seems to have been lost. I am in touch with you over email and hopefully we can find these items. Finn + Emma

Possible scam

UPDATE: Had to threaten a little and call them out publicly on social media but I finally received a response and my item. Won’t be ordering again due to the hassle. They don’t ship in the amount of days their website states they do. Also had a million excuses. Sounds like I’m not the only one who has dealt with this issue. Just happy I don’t have to go through the hassle of reporting them and contacting the credit card company.

I’ve contacted this company multiple times via email and phone regarding my recent order. I have not received a response. I have not received any updates on my order as promised in their order confirmation email. Not sure if this is a legit company. Will be looking into legal action if I don’t receive my order.

Best in Class

Best in Class
I have been lurking Finn + Emma's instagram page since before I had kids. I bought my sister the play gym with her first baby 8 years ago! I just shopped for my baby shower and chose the entire site. The products are gorgeous and I received them all. The swing was a little delayed but I got it well before babe was born. The best part was - I used my sisters play gym. I bought
a couple more toys for my little peanut that can hang on the gym and it is as good as new. Finn + Emma even shpped me a couple of the screws that were missing. They didn't have to do that but it was a nice touch.

Beware! I also ordered the macrame swing on…

I also ordered the macrame swing on 9/18/23 and have yet to receive it. After I requested a cancellation and refund, I received a response on 10/13/23 stating it would be shipped in 7 days,. Well its now 3 weeks later and no swing! I am tired if being deceived by this company! Do not patronize them. There are plenty of bad reviews on Trust Pilot regarding the same issues. I wish I had read them before ordering. Do yourself a favor and scroll through the reviews.

But good news, we are catching up and we always always ship the swing albeit, admittedly it has taken longer then we wish. I am happy to look up your order to find out what happened. So not order macramé swing!

The macramé swing looked so cute, so I ordered one 6 weeks ago. I never received it, poor customer service to my outreach, no follow up on order status. And they charged my card.

We got 300 delivered this week and by next week we will be totally caught up. Which does mean yours will ship either this week or next. We did send out 3 update emails. Absolutely love Finn + Emma mystery…

Absolutely love Finn + Emma mystery grab bags! I’ve never been disappointed. Always get really good items. Amazing value! Can’t wait to see my baby in all her Finn and Emma clothes. I bought two grab bags and wish they had more in the bigger sizes so I had a reason to buy more. Buy them! You won’t regret it!

I ordered the grab bag twice

I ordered the grab bag twice, in two different sizes. The first time I ordered the wrong size but I LOVED that the selection of items went above and beyond my expectations. So I ordered a second grab bag, this time in the right size. I liked the selection and how they didn’t shrink. My baby wears them often. I’m very happy with our Finn + Emma clothes because the designs are lovely and more importantly, the quality is AMAZING. On top of that, I had a great experience with customer service. I’m so glad I found this company and can’t recommend it enough!! Lightening fast shipment - will buy again.
