Company refuse to honour warranty from so called 3rd parties ,i purchase mine from Amazon ,was told sorry not good enough ,you MUST purchase direct from Fireangel for warranty to be honoured , and if you check out prices on there website they are at least double the price of Amazons " that's fair trading is it ? " so all be careful
We have just received two fire alarms, as recommended by Which. I am a qualified electrical engineer and I have never seen a worst bit of electrical equipment. Both are being returned, one box remaining unopened.
