Firelaunchers should NOT even get 1 Star.
Bought 'WellnessMateAI' from them. Can not get access to the product. They did reply to a support ticket regarding the 'bonus' products that were advertised, gave me access to half of it ... I could register some of them, but then everything went DARK. NO ACCESS to any product anymore.
"Firelaunchers" is a SCAM website. DO NOT purchase from these con artists

SCAM! I bought their kids stories megapack upsell.

in their website they said that for $47 you can avail the 350 Ebooks which is not true, its only 50 ebooks

and also, they said in their website that you can sell those books on ebook platforms like Amazon KDP but when you download their ebooks, its only 4 pages which is not allowed by KDP. SCAM!

also, their ebook is copyrighted by Pixar. which is not allowed also in KDP. this is totally BS and SCAM

About a month and a half ago I purchased their FE product and an OTO. Received their nice Thank You email. I didn't have the time to access it right away. So maybe a week later I tried to access my purchases.... "login details (failed), support ticket (reply.. 2 weeks later), thing are ok now, go check. So I check, login failed still. Tried "forgot password", guess.. NOTHING!
As of today still can't access purchases (got scammed on this one, lost my money). But the funny thing is... I purchased through a recommendation from a "well-named" marketer that I TRUSTED. When I emailed this person to vent my concern... guess what? NOTHING!! (Seems that these "big-list-dogs" are ALL in it together). Yep, I get it. I understand the game. But when you get gotten :o( by one of your own, so to speak, really says a lot about the IM industry. Therefore, you win some - lose some.. :o)

Company took my money . Never received the product. But they sure have a nice shiny video to show you. I purchased the product from JVzoo. They said its not their fault contact the creators of the product . So Jvzoo doesn't vett who they allow to sell products on their platform. I will not do business with Jvzoo they allow scam artist to infiltrate their platform. Buyer Beware!!!

The product did not work as advertised. When I contacted them for support or refund, they just strung me along. They also seem to have a clever Paypal Disputes automated messaging "loophole" set up.

Very bad experience. I asked a refund and after asking me lots of questions about what I bought, everything went dark. My e-mails never got answered anymore and lost my money. I send about 6 mails to support, none of them where read!

I do not recommend it, contact with the owner is difficult, he does not respond and does not solve problems. Lost money.
