Dear customer, Thank you for taking the time to post your review. Please be advised that our bioethanol stoves and fires are not compatible with any accessories including ceramic logs as these can cause faults within the product. Please also note the logs can only be placed into a log store if purchased. The section under the stove itself does need to be kept clear as per the manual.
Based on the installation and safety requirements for our bio ethanol fires the current set up does not meet the requirements. The bioethanol stove must also be placed on a heat proof surface which is level and low to the floor and in a position where it cannot be knocked. The room the stove is placed in should be well ventilated and should be situated in accordance to the clearance advised in the manual.
We can see our support team have contacted you to advise further regarding this.
Kind regards, Fireplace World.
This was the perfect addition to my Dimplex Electric Stove. I was delighted when I popped the stove pipe on the top on the stove, and it fit perfectly into the circular recess on the top. It makes the stove look so realistic!
