Brilliant stove. It produces lovely heat. Very clean and easy to use. I considered the purchase for a long time because I really wanted a log burner which wasn’t practical in my new home with no chimney. This is an excellent alternative.

Very good quality stove
Bought this to provide a little heat boost for a new conservatory. At the time of writing this the build is not complete but have tested it in the house. It is a great little fire and for the brief time I had it on it does give out some decent heat, albeit I didn’t fill the ethanol to capacity. Well worth the money 👍🏻
Can’t believe how much it takes off the chill in our kitchen, we have stone floors, granite countertops and tiles on all our walls which makes it very cold, this fire is amazing
Was very surprised at how much heat the stove gives off, looks great too. Burn time is a lot longer than stated when burner is half open, great for heating a small room.

1 star for poor after sale service! Price match guarantee full of ridiculous loop holes! Ordered on 19th Jan, received an email after to say on back and to expect stock on 31st Jan with delivery 1st Feb, which was then put back to 2nd Feb. No biggy! HOWEVER… I then noticed the same Adam product on Argos for £110 cheaper. I like others, tried to utilise price match guarantee. But the price wasn’t matched because Argos offered a 2 day delivery service (which was free) not next day (which cost me £9.50). Even though I ordered, then had to wait for stock, and then they pushed the delivery date back and couldn’t meet their own delivery obligations, it still didn’t meet the price match guarantee terms. Seems like they make up the terms as go along, or change them to suit their own pockets! But apparently it’s still next day delivery?! Eventually after some email tennis, they offered a partial refunded of £35, still not happy they then offered me £55. I took it as I had lost my home to flooding and hadn’t got it in me to continue the argument or pay for a return. So I still overpaid by £65.00 (inc postage which they wouldn’t refund either even though it was for a next day service they didn’t provide). I would not recommend this company after the poor after sales support! The product however I am pleased with, so you are better off getting it from Argos for £110 cheaper and no delivery fee which is what’s recommended my friends to do.

Lovely focal point to my living room, the heat output is great. It heats and takes the chill out of the room, after the flame is outed the heat still remains, unlike a fan heater. Highly recommend the stove and buying from this company.
A little beauty Just what we wanted to give us a little boost on those colder spring and autumn evenings when the heating is off. Also adds an extra boost and ambiance to cold winter days whilst not damaging our environment
