Excellent value, and quality. I had a problem with a part which came damaged. After sales support, excellent. Part replaced within days and damaged part collected next day. Cannot speak highly enough of addressing issues along with quality of fire surround and hearth. Thank you.

Quite clearly a design flaw with the upper pillars, have 2 fireplaces and both of them have a crack in the uprights. I could be unlucky but requested a full refund and will go with an alternative style.

I having purchased sight unseen I was worried if the quality would be what I expect when spending this kind of money but I shouldn’t have been, extremely well packaged, clear instructions and easily DIYd together.
