Pipe is made ok and decent materials used. Unfortunately the angled pipe at top is very short and you have to put the flue at the back of the fire over the heat vent so it touches the wall behind the fire. Looks ok but not exactly the look I wanted.

It looks good but it’s too short to reach the wall and look realistic….it’s also very plasticky so expensive for what it is. Has the potential to transform an electric stove but falls short unfortunately.

Fantastic and so realistic. We loved this and the stove so much we bought two - one for lounge another for dining room . Beauty is we will get cosy flame effect in summer when you don't need the heat.

Angle is very short doesnt reach to wall, would be nice if length of bend was longer. Overall it is a ok product

Product as explained, the only thing I found was that the t piece ie angle could be longer by about 25mil.
