Looks great, but the lead is too short, because it can only be operated from the left side of the fire. My sockets are on the right. The fan noise is too intrusive.

A good fire for the price we paid. Warms up quickly but is slightly noisy

As expected,looks good installed
Very happy with the electric heater. My house is quite cold, even with central hearing, and this heater provides that extra bit of warmth at times when temperatures are extra cold.
The fire is a simple but stylish design and well constructed. It was easy to install and, although only in use for a few days it is performing well. The fact that it has manual switches rather than a remote control is an advantage, as the remote of our previous fire proved unreliable. The fire is completely silent when just the flame effect is in use, and the noise made when the fan is operating is not too loud. The thermostat control is useful in keeping the room at a consistent temperature.

Too early to comment on Value for money. I have to see how well it lasts. It seems to be well constructed and it does look nice in my fireplace.
Just as it says on the tin.Good,solid with the switches out of site so that yougsters cant see how to turn it on.

Love the fire but there were a few screws missing
Very authentic flame effect,and the whole fire looks very pleasing on the eye.

Decided it wasn’t ‘good enough’ for the lounge but kept it for the back room. Going to buy a larger wall hanging one for the lounge. It’s a bit noisy when the heat is on.
