I have worked with Fire Safety Managers for 7 years and have always found them to be very professional. The staff are very friendly and you always get a great service.

I’ve been using this company for fire safety training for the past 6 years, and the service has consistently been excellent. The training is always clear, professional, and up to date, making it easy to understand and apply in the workplace. The team are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality fire safety training.

Fire Safety Managers installed us an entire new fire alarm system a few months ago. It was a fairly extensive job, including a new fire panel, cabling, alarm, smoke detectors and new call points.
Previously, they also replaced all our fire extinguishers and we continue to contract them for servicing and inspection on the fire alarm system and equipment.
Not only did they come up with a competitive quote within budget, we were impressed by their knowledge, professionalism and ability to identify our requirements.
They came in and completed the work quickly and efficiently and with the minimum of disruption to our business operations. Despite our premises not being the easiest building to work on, they persevered to find solutions and resolve problems as they went along. Paul and his team turned up every day, put the work in, did exactly what they said they would do and got the job done.
For all our fire safety requirements, I don’t think we’d use anyone else from now on.

This company has looked after all our fire safety needs for the last 3 years and we have no plans to go elsewhere. They are always there when we need them, prices are mid range, which we prefer as the quality of service is high and all paperwork is on time. Customer portal is fantastic and easy to use. Paul and his team have excellent customer service skills and always abide by their company values that have been instilled.
