We purchased a gorgeous Beatles album picture for a family member. We were delighted with the picture (so was the recipient!) but what was just as good was the amazing customer service we received from Jo. She just couldn’t do enough to help and kept us updated every step of the way. Can’t recommend the company highly enough.

Just received another framed shirt from this incredible company for my nephew's 21st. They could not have been more helpful with timings and making the gift very personal. Even changing the photo and wording on the plaque. Can't wait for the next birthday so I can order another one. Jo in particular was incredible.

Fanatic service from Jo and the rest of the team. The entire process from placing the order to delivery was fantastic. I placed the order which went through with no problems. I received an email from Jo informing me that a small delay on delivery was likely due to an unforeseen issue with a member of staff. Jo asked me if I needed the item for a specific date to which I advised that ideally I would get it before the end of the following week, however I aware that this may not have been possible. A few minutes later I received a follow up email informing me that she would ensure I received the item by the date I mentioned. I received the item 2 days prior to the date given which obviously I was very happy with. The item itself was perfect. Excellent quality, framing is superb and the packaging was equally as good. My partners response was ‘wow, that looks cool’. Overall, It’s a very nice item at a very reasonable price. Thank you to Jo and the rest of your team. Matt

Honestly if I could rate the service and the communication any higher I definitely would 10/10 generally isn't enough. Jo the customer adviser goes above and beyond and is a joy to deal with. Beyond happy with my purchase and extremely happy with the price I paid, a 20/21 Palace shirt but signed by last seasons squad, including the likes of Glasner, Eze, Wharton, Hughes, Richards, Mitchell, JPM, Lerma, Clyne etc.

Easy process ordering the price was so good to , and when it arrived I wasn't disappointed perfectly framed and a great size for the wall, my son will be over the moon on Xmas morning
