Shipping is super super slow, but the product is well worth it. I haven't had many dealings with customer service but what I did have was taken care of in a decent time.

Received the product just now and It's so great that I can't wait to review on this website.. Quality is much better and delivery is on time.. Excellent service..

I still have statues waiting to ship.

After my last review, I was flagged to provide more information about myself to the company. I obliged and my review was no longer put under review.

Suddenly, I received a notification from FedEx that my statue would arrive today. Only one problem, when going to the site with the tracking number supplied by F4F, it said it was being delivered to Washington, where it had arrived.

I contacted FedEx to see what was going on. I was told by the employee that F4F had requested the package be sent back to them when contacted by FedEx.

I really hope this is all a coincidence as I am I talks with a CS representative about what happened. They haven't given me an answer besides asking their warehouse about it. It has been 2 days since this whole incident and that's all I've been told.

Again, I hope this is all a coincidence that this all just so happen to occur after my negative review was flagged and I gave over information that link to my current account with F4F. I will update this review as this progresses.

Received my majora's mask pvc statue - quality is really great! A must for zelda fans!

Please ignore all the short 5 star views. I have a screenshot from the F4F official Facebook group where they talk about giving out F4F points to people who leave a 5 star review.

Most of the 5 star reviews from HK are fake, trust pilot needs to look into them.

Please be aware of this company and don’t buy anything from them. I would only read the verified comments and take the 1-4 star comments to heart.

Most of the 1-4 star comments are being flagged by F4F to try and get them removed by trust pilot. I had to send an email with 10+ documents to Trust pilot to prove everything I’ve said about F4F in my first review are true. Which is why it’s now verified.

CS is a nightmare, just try to minimise the flaws on my Varia suit Ex, tell me to buy paint to fix the problem and offer a poor 20 euros discount compensation. After 2 replacements, and a lot of negociation and over a year of chatting with CS, i've finally got a descent example. It's not the first statue i buy from this company but sure it's the last one.

Very happy with their service. My statue was very well packaged and did not occur any damage coming from overseas. It got to my location fast as well considering.

I was a active customer with 21 orders.
In the end I cancelled the remaining 6 due to myself losing faith in the company.
The first cancellation was the mini aku aku's which I ordered 23 months ago and to this day there have been no updates. The release was originally Q3/20 which has been pushed back a year.

The next order cancelled was the Sonic and Tails combo pack ($1000+ order). Quite an ambitious piece but I was keen for it. During the pre order time F4F was currently dealing with a wave of fighter kirbys leaning and also SOLAIRE OF ASTORA falling forwards. Google and facebook search these pieces and there is not a shortage of photos showing issues, while you're there you'll notice that Solaire of Astora is literally a guy standing upright with his arms up. Not a walking pose, not a hunched pose just an upright pose. And it still leaned forwards.
I wasn't going to risk $1000usd+ considering smaller pieces were leaning.

The lean was also the reason was cancelling my Spyro Reignited, another statue delayed. Was due Q4/20 and they haven't given any updates?
Delays are a part of statue collecting and Covid did slow some things down but as some fellow collectors pointed out F4F has had a history of bad delays the most notorious being the Varia Suit Exclusive with some waiting 3+ years

Next was Mario and Yoshi, i was excited to place this beside my Bowser Ex. In the end after consideration the paint application (at this stage I moved on to higher end collectables and was more picky) was rather questionable. Areas were colours would change from green to white were shaded in light blue and the lines were sloppy. So this order was also canned.

The last piece that put the nail in the coffin was Banjo EX. Super keen for this. Showed up and the golden base was riddled with lines and packaging marks.

My experience with the other 15 orders was good and simple, that's how it should be with any company. So I give them 4/5 for that but these 6 weighed me down.

I advise anyone before pre-ordering a product or buying second hand to look across all media for reviews. Very hit and miss.

Dropped my Fighter Kirby while cleaning. Was really worried since it was warranty has passed. ALEX the CEO still sorted me out with a replacement. TY F4F
