I've been using First4Magnets for some years.
The first time was as long ago as 2012, when I ordered some 25mm Neodymium magnets and mild steel discs to act as curtain bottom holders (to stop curtains blowing in the wind).
Those things were almighty strong when held magnet-to-magnet, and the warnings about the dangers they are supplied with are well founded. But magnet-to-disc was more manageable, and they are at the side of me now, still doing the job perfectly.
My most recent order was for my drawing tablet and its magnetic stylus. The magnet on the side of the tablet is quite weak when holding the stylus. No problem at home, but a big one when it is being transported, as it is likely to fall off. So I wanted to sew a stronger magnet into the tablet's protective case and hold the stylus there.
My first order was for 1.4kg pull disc magnets. They work fine, but I got the strength a bit wrong and have just ordered some which are twice the pull.
The prices for the magnets are very good, so I don't mind fiddling like this. It's my problem - not the magnets'.
One thing to bear in mind: if you order very thin Neodymium magnets, they are quite brittle. My experience is that you don't want to be using them 'raw' - they need to be housed in something to protect them.
Delivery is very, very quick. And I stress, the prices are very, very good.
