I was contacted and unfortunately fell for the ambassador scam. I placed my order in October 2020 receiving 40% off. After a couple of months I hadn't received anything. I tried to track my order on the website but this didn't work. I contacted the ambassador recruiter who said she would look into it and told me my order should be with me soon. Christmas and New year came and went and still no order. I contacted the main page on Instagram only to be told there was a mix up with my address and now that they sorted it, my order would be with me soon. Well it's June now and I still don't have it. I messaged a few months back asking for a refund and they said they have fulfilled their part of the order so they would not provide one. I stated I was considering legal action and they said they would pass this on to their solicitors. I asked for the details so I could speak to them directly and I never received a response. The real red flag is that this company has rebranded and is now called Stoarmi. Please save your money and buy from the legitimate companies, they may cost a lot more but at least you will get your order!

Never received my leggings, and even when I contacted them nothing was done about it. I’ve sent many messages and no one is reading them, there’s no other way to contact them. They’ve rebranded as Stoarmi now and probably still scamming people.

I was reached out to be an ambassador on instagram and the deal was to get a free item each month and commission based on the number of times my code was used, in return I would promote their page. I have sent multiple DM's about my free item each month and still have not received a reply. I started to work with them towards the end 2020 and now it is May 2021. I have not even received 1 free item from them and the customer service is awful. They see your messages but do not reply cause they simply don't care unless it benefits them in someway. If I could give them negative stars I would. DO NOT ORDER!

I placed order in January, never recieved an update. I reached out they finally got back to me stating their system was down for the tracking. Was told it was shipped, here we are in April, still nothing. I asked for a refund and they stopped replying back. Not happy at all.
Now they tell me it was delivered in jan according to their, system that was supposed to be down. Dont order from them.

I was contacted back in January to be an ambassador, which I accepted and made a purchase January 7th. However, none of the negative reviews were posted then and if I had seen them, I would have never accepted. I only got my order March 22nd, after persistent follow ups, and they had to have my order re-shipped out 3 times. I am very happy with the quality of the product, but I don't trust them enough to be an ambassador, and will not be purchasing from them again. Be extremely wary if purchasing from this company, and be persistent if you don't receive what you ordered.

I was contacted on Instagram to become an ambassador for this brand. The deal was that I buy my first set for 40% off, I would receive a free set every month in turn for social media pictures and a percentage off for my followers.
I bought the first set, sent in pictures etc.
The next month I contacted them to ask how the free set worked and was told that it was not a set but just an item of clothing. I did not receive anything and contacted them the next month requesting an update. I was sent an awful pair of leggings. I have not received anything since and this was last September (it's now March). Also, I am aware that friends have been using my discount code as they would tag both me and firstlyfit into a screenshot on Instagram. I contacted firstly fit to ask how to get my commission and was told (despite providing screenshots) that no one had used my code!!
Overall, this company is an absolute scam - I have spoken to other reps who are in the same position. Completely avoid this company!

If I could given minus 0 that's what I would give them. I have ordered mine back in september and I haven't received anything . Sent them multiple emails and messages and nothing. They are really bad at replying back and when they do they are very rude. They ignore you and block you .

Horrible customer service and tried to scam me into being an ambassador where I needed to make a purchase first (don’t do it)
They also DO NOT allow returns or refunds, I asked for one and they said they would bring their legal team against me? Not sure why that was necessary when they are the scam. PLUS their leggings were of horrible quality mine came with the seam ripped... for your own sake don’t purchase from these people

Was a bit apprehensive buying from firstly fits as I usually stick to the big brands for my gym gear however I was very wrong! This gear is beautifully made the material is so soft and comfortable I don’t want to take it off. I am only 5 foot tall however the leggings fit lovely with minimal scrunching at the bottom, can’t wait to order my next outfit

Absolutely awful! Purchased items on 4th January, have not received items and was sent a pair of black shorts when I ordered a light green shorts and crop top set. They have then said this is what I ordered and they have proof? How I don't know, because I've sent them my order confirmation 3 times! Which shows I order a light green set! They don't answer when contacted and when they do respond they are rude, have the wrong information and when challenged stop answering! Don't think I've experienced any service as bad as this before! Looking at previous reviews they like to rip people off... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Me, as a ambassador for FirsyFit on Instagram by Petit_Elfje I can say that I love the fabrics and colors of the garments.
Soft and makes me feel confident while wearing it at the gym or at home!

Only minor, the shipping took a bit long, but hey, It’s Covid-19 Pandemic so we all have to be more patience.

Literally the comfiest leggings ever, so comfortable 100% would recommend, fit right to my body which I’ve always struggled to fit leggings what fit! Just love there pieces

Super soft and so amazing! Definitely squat proof and doesn’t fall down during runs or HIIT workouts. Get so many compliments at the gym!

Great product - doesn’t fall down at all when at the gym and fits perfectly! Looks great at the gym and sucks in appropriately! Also great customer service through Instagram.

Terrible service and I've paid and not received goods in over month. Very rude and block you so they don't have to deal. Do not buy from this company

I made my purchase two months ago,and still nothing.I didn't get the products I ordered.I tried to contact them several times,but they don't answer.I want my money back....don't buy it!

I purchased two sets of leggings and bra tops, didnt like the fit or quality for the price, contacted the company for a refund, they didnt reply until i had messaged several times, refused a refund, even though i am entitled to one by law and now will not communicate with me at all. this company is a rip off, please dont waste your money.

Having recently purchased some leggings and a sports bra from them which i want to return because the leggings dont fit and i dont like the sports bra (really not good quality and not worth the £55 price tag) they are trying to tell me they wont refund me because they dont offer that and only offer an exchange despite NOW WHERE on their website does it state this nor in any correspondence with them did they advise this. As a consumer I am entitled to a refund having purchased something online without actually seeing this as long as I notify them within 14 days, which I have done. They do not respond to my messages, have to chase them (which I have just done again) worst customer service I have come across. I have explained all of this to them but they come back and said they would get their lawyers involved if I contacted my credit card company to charge this back because they had proof they had sent me the goods, the issue is NOT that i haven't received the goods but that I want a refund as I dont want them! Dont even deal with this company, they just want sales and are not interested in the customers.

Extremely bad customer service, they were very rude in their correspondence and I honestly do not believe they care about their customers, just try to get as many sales as possible. The quality of the items I received (which were the wrong items, yet they told me thats what I selected when I know it wasn't) were not worth the price tag. Would avoid this brand at all cost!
