Fp are worst management company in the UK. We haven't had a property manager come to our since October 25.
When you question them fp will say the have left.we are paying for a service which are overinflated by fp .I am getting in touch with the property body regarding the service. I can't wait to get
fp kicked out.Even a 1 star is to good.
July 25 got email on Trustpilot saying
we will provide imformation. Now April26 no proof as been provided .fp
Only want money 💰 no service to many
titles and generic replies .AI replies the
don't care I will not pay any say service
charges until the provide proof.

Convenient location close to local amenities. Well maintained grounds and gardens. Warden Jeanette extremely helpful and informative and made our move a lot easier.

I feel that the people the run first point have no intention of actually doing anything good for the people which live in the properties that they look after. I feel disgusted in what they provide as a company and feel that we're being ripped off

Amiha is doing a wonderful job at Cavendish Court. She has had a lot to deal with at the scheme since taking over the role which is ongoing. She is efficient and hardworking and is very helpful and friendly. I am so pleased we have her as our manager.

I can't comment about First Port generally, but can say that our site manager Jamie Lee, makes Madeira court a very safe and friendly place to live. She is very quick to sort out any problems that arise with the building, as well as being a good listening ear. She unobtrusively holds our community together.

Jamie the development manager go's above and beyond, is so approachable, knowledgeable and is massive fun.
Madeira court is pretty special too.
Weston-super-Mare is a fab place to live. Long may it last.

Serving elderly people well in this assisted living home. The facility provides 24/7 management presence who help and answer problem calls from residents. No care offered but the housekeeping team keep the property clean and tidy and in overall good condition. A restaurant provides a midday meal 7 days a week which provision is contracted out to the Compass Group. Management and household staff are helpful and capable and develop a good relationship with residents.

I have found our Manager Amanda (Mandy), Leach to be friendly, efficient, and helpful. I think we are lucky to have her.

I have been in hospital for almost 3 months and he has checked that my flat is OK.

I moved into Homenash House in October 2025 and immediately Caroline the manager made me feel welcome with both her professionalism and friendliness. I don’t think I would haved coped without her knowledge and support through such a difficult time. I would have given 10 stars if it was an option and would recommend living here to everyone. She goes goes above and beyond with her caring nature and we all adore her.

Louisa is an excellent manager at Manton Court, both personable and capable. She is easy to approach and get along with, as well as being efficient in the way in which she handles every aspect of her work here. She is much appreciated.
