Worst experience i've ever had shopping…

Worst experience i've ever had shopping online. Placed order and the shipping clearly said 2-3 days but weeks passed and nothing. Sent an enquiry and got an excuse that she is a working mum (so am I but I have to do my job and don't get special treatment). Was promised it would be sent soon yet it never turned up and she stopped answering my emails. This order was for an autistic child who doesn't understand what happened to the toys he wanted, shame on you.

I have no idea what the owner of this…

I have no idea what the owner of this place can be thinking, wish I had come here first before ordering. Ordered an item 4th September with promised delivery in 2/3 working days, nothing received by last week and no response to emails. I was only able to raise a response by going on Instagram, received an automated reply to my DM saying the owner was on holiday despite them clearly actively posting and deleting my comments off their posts. Owner said it would be delivered in a couple of days, still nothing a week later so I contacted again on Instagram to request a refund which to be fair they did action straight away. Insane way to do business and so many negative reviews, all the energy being put into slick insta stories and aesthetic and then not doing the most basic practical steps to make your business function. Madness, avoid, sounds from other reviews like the products themselves are shite anyway!

Scammer/Stealing peoples money

ordered 2 pairs of trainers on 22nd August for my sons birthday, after 1 week i sent a message asking when this will be dispatched due to it being a birthday present, was told the whole full time mum with business story and the 10-14 day turn around (which is not clear on the website and since then not there at all), messaged again on 8th september to ask if i would receive my order before the next week as for a present and didn’t get a response, then i got an email to say it had been dispatched however still not received so messaged again on 13th saying there has been no update since it was marked as dispatched, i just got sent a screenshot which states that more information will be available when royal mail receive the package and scan it into their network. I am yet to receive a response and this lovely woman is now on holiday posting discount codes to scam other people!
Over a month and still haven’t received my order, have raised with my bank to deal with.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. SCAMMERS

The audacity of this company is unbelievable. I ordered two toy cars on 22/08/2025, with delivery clearly advertised as 2–3 working days. It’s now 02/09/2025, and I still haven’t received a tracking number or my order.

I’ve tried contacting the seller and have received no response. After some research, I found the exact same toy cars being sold on TEMU for £5 each—less than half of the £11.50 I paid per item. This feels like a complete scam, especially as I made this purchase to support a small business.

If I don’t receive a refund within five days, I’ll be going straight to my bank to initiate a chargeback.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered 2 items on 22nd July, received only 1 today. These were for a 1st birthday party for my granddaughter so very very disappointed. Communication was very slow at the best of times. Delivery stated 2-3 working days on confirmation but it’s taken over 3 weeks. Really wish I’d read these reviews before ordering, sounds like many have had similar experiences so beware this women can not be trusted

Took 3-4 weeks to receive my order…

Took 3-4 weeks to receive my order despite website saying 1-3 days shipping, don’t believe it. This was with countless chasing too.
Sent return over 2 weeks ago and heard nothing from the company, again chased twice.
Quality of products are very poor, from alibaba / china and she doesn’t even bother to take it out of the packaging or take the tags off from china 😂😂 no shame or drive to build their own quality products - don’t order from here!!

Poor

Ordered three items on 24/06/25 and received confirmation that getting order ready and stating 2-3 working days delivery. 03/07/25 received email that order was on way but nothing was ever received. Communication when chasing was very poor, receiving excuses & automated messages then stopped responding altogether. Eventually got a full refund only when called out on the Instagram account, then negative comments were deleted, I would not have ordered from this company had I checked Trustpilot reviews first. It appears a lot of people have had similar experience.

Still waiting

Wish I had read reviews before ordering.
Says 2-3 days delivery- don’t believe it!
Have emailed 3 times for an update - just get ignored.
Website looks authentic with beautiful kids outfits - I got drawn in, don’t make the mistake I did!

Awful company


I placed an order on July 1st and received a confirmation email stating 2-3 days for delivery however a week later I hadn’t even received a dispatch email let alone my order, I emailed asking for an update but got no reply, I sent another email after 2 weeks but again I got no reply, finally after 3 weeks I emailed asking for a full refund but of course got no reply.

3 and a half weeks later I’ve finally received my order although it’s clear that there was no care put into packing, clothing just thrown in to the delivery bag, not in any tissue to protect them, no invoice and items missing.
I have absolutely no belief I will receive a response to my email about missing items.

Taught me a huge lesson to check reviews/ trust pilot before ordering from new companies, even their now unused Etsy page is full of bad reviews. I will be taking this further.

Shein sellers and awful customer service

I placed order in 9 May for some trainers.
Delivery stated 2-3 days
After a week, no confirmation of shipping and I realised the app isn't showing my full address for shipment. Also, I could have done with a size up (which is my fault)
I emailed the company to ask for tracking details and to ask if I could get next size up if in stock.
I didn't get a response at all so I sent a further email asking for a full refund as they won't fit and I ended up having to buy more shoes anyway.

I received a response a week later to say its 10-14 day shipment and they are a mom running a business alone. No acknowledgement to exchanging sizes and no response in getting money back. Also, no answer to if they have my full address
At this point I knew I won't get my money back even if I set up a return.

I finally have my tracking info, I searched it today to it advising it's going to the seller as i don't have a recognisable address.

So I'm £20 down to which is a lot for me with no trainers and likely won't get my money back. I sent an email to company again today, not got much hope they will help.

***I have also found all their shop items on shein and temu, images are copied from shein and temu as well***

Terrible excuse of a business!!

This company is absolutely shocking... I placed my order 4 weeks ago, after chasing and chasing and being more than patient I requested a full refund, I am still awaiting that!
The owner of this business is quite clearly scamming... the site suggests items are made by them when I was then told part of my order hadn't arrived for them to ship to me, I've received minimal communication and when I have it's contradicted other information.
Any comments left on her socials requesting updates and refunds she deletes!
It is terrible!!
Initially I just thought bless her she is a first time mum trying to make a successful business and has maybe bitten off more than she can chew and just be patient but honestly now I just feel like I've been scammed as she continues to post like business is booming but has the most terrible customer service and makes no attempts at an apology for taking your money with no intent of providing any sort of service!

Avoid

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid. Experience with this company is dreadful! Avoids any contact unless you involve a third party to claim your money back!! Told item lost in post, then told 10mins later that it had been found???
Ironically postage information was dated the date they claim the item was lost!! They cannot fulfill orders and they post on socials varies reasons why there are delays!!! Absolutely dreadful service avoid at all costs

No experience at all, order never arrived, no answers to my emails. You really have to check every shop reviews nowadays before you buy something, I usually do, this time I forgot and this is how it ends :D

If I could put 0 stars I would this is an awful company has ignored my messages it’s Been over 30 days and still haven't received my item. I sent multiple emails and been ignored. Finally refunded but no communication.

The quality of the clothing is terrible. So bad that the labels that are normally inside clothes were sewn on the outside. I have messaged them on every platform with no reply
