I have used this company numerous times and feel guilty that I have never posted a review.
The service is exceptional and has been on every occasion I have ordered prices are great and postage quick.
Had on one occasion had to ring about versa fine clair inks that everyone on my crafting pages had pre ordered from well known crafting shops but waited weeks for, they were really friendly helpful said when they were due in and true to there word came pronto straight after the said date.
think I have just come to expect this service from them so got a little complacent and thought time to give credit where credit due

I was let down at the last minute by a well known online print company regarding booklets I needed printing and binding for a training course I was delivering; despite plenty of lead-in time and telling them it was an important business deadline. The day before my training course, First Stop Stationers were able to print and bind the booklets I needed ready for pickup in about 2hrs which included several phonecalls to discuss details and to provide a quote. The customer service was exceptional, the quality of the booklets was amazing, and the price was competitive. Highly recommended and I would definitely use again for a trusted service. Thank you so much First Stop Stationers for helping me out of a dilemma!

Credit where credit is due. Made an order on line, confirmation received straightaway, then notified 30 minutes later it had been packed and dispatched and would arrive within 48 hours. Well it arrived this morning well within the 48 hours. Lovely to deal with a company that communicates and does exactly as stated. Thank you. Would definitely recommend this company based on my experience.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. I’ve used this shop a number of times and today I had some photos copied and printed in a very efficient manner at a reasonable price. Great selection of cards and stationery too.

I ordered 17 items. Ink pads, refills, varnish etc. Quite a fiddly order really, but all arrived correct, well packaged and about 48 hours after ordering. And the price was amazing with free carriage too. I will certainly be using this company again. Brilliant all round. A*****

I messed up my order, accidentally ordering 8 of one item. I emailed them and explained what I wanted, but I made an error again with a colour, they rang me to check what I actually wanted and shipped what I wanted.
Definitely 5 stars, but I suspect that they'd only give me one star!

Prices were great to gave them a try.
Ordered a spare nib but this was out of stock.
Was promptly phoned up and offered an alternative.
When this was not right for me was immediately refunded for that element of my order.
My items were dispatched the day after I ordered, despite the change to the order, and arrived in 2 days.

I ordered lots of items on Wednesday last week. I urgently needed them to finish items for Christmas fairs the following weekend and the upcoming on. I paid for 24 hour tacked delivery. The customer services seemed nice offering a refund on postage, which I’ve not yet had, blaming strikes on the delay. I’ve had no tracking or dispatch info so I assume it hasn’t even left their depot yet. The problem I have is replying to an email address, seems to be picked up by a different person every time, who can’t be bothered to read the email trail, again blaming Royal Mail and suddenly offering a refund if I don’t require the items - which I’ve clearly stated I do. I’m very confused, have no items, no idea when they’ll arrive and no refund for anything. They offer good value so I would have used them a lot. But they seem to have no idea what they’re doing and have no really affected my business. I would not recommend using them.

Great range of Filofax inserts at reasonable prices and fair postage costs too. I signed up for email alerts on an out of stock item and it was available again within a couple of weeks. As I was ordering Filofax inserts for both the A5 Clipbook and the A5 refillable notebook, I was really impressed to get a quick phone call checking I had ordered the right refills before they sent my order. (Who says online shopping has to be impersonal?!) It's my second time shopping from here and I would highly recommend them for stationery supplies. Excellent customer service, packaging and fast dispatch and arrival. Faultless :-)

I ordered some items from this company as their prices were the cheapest I had found for the goods I wanted. I telephoned them a couple of times, enquiring about their stock. It was very easy to talk to someone, I got through straightaway. I was also given advice on using the products (for papercraft). My order was very well packaged and came very quickly. It was my first order, I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them and ordering from them again. A top class service all round.

Ordered an item from these people. Several months later I realised the item hadn't arrived. I rang them and they said to email them with the details which I did. Never heard anything back from them. Wont be spending my hard-earned with this company again

Found quite by chance while searching for some art equipment, placed an order for some art paints, next day I was contacted be one of the staff to confirm and my order arrived as promised 48hrs later.
I don't generally review companies as I think sometimes they can be misleading, but when someone makes an impression I think it only right to say thank you, very pleased with the services, I will definitely use again
