Kyle is genuine and personable. He makes himself available by phone,email, or in person by appointment . I am a long time member of this credit union and Kyle delivers the type of excellent service I have known over the years at First Tech.

I easily scheduled an appointment online, and then I quickly received a follow-up call to clarify my needs and timeline. The representative I spoke with, both on the phone and at the branch, was Kyle Morris. He was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions, and I would highly recommend Kyle and FTFCU to others.

The staff is very personal and always make an effort to explain any changes with terms whenever they happen.
