So far I have only ordered the Polytunnel with order for delivery and installation. The order process was easy on the website. Subsequent telephone call for clarification has happened with a friendly member of staff who was very help full. Looking fore ward to get it set up. Thanks

The poly tunnel is of high quality. Plenty of excellent instructions & information. The downside was the delivery. I requested advance notification of delivery which was not done. Also that I was contacted an hour ahead to enable myself to get to site, this did not happen either. The lorry got stuck in our field & I had to pay £30– to get my neighbour to tow him out. Hence a very churned up unsightly field.

Very pleased with the tunnel. Good instructions . Very well packaged and arrived on time. Would buy another if needed.

Straightforward assembly with plenty of support through on-line videos. Fitted together easily and cover was easy to attach too. Maybe more antihotspot tape for ridge bars would have been beneficial as the cover touches these bars. Need to buy extra. Survived gale force winds already so all looking good.
