My dog has moved back to fish for dogs this week and I notice he is already much more energised and his poo is firmer. I highly recommend this food.

I received a damaged and missing order 4 times. I also had 2 orders which were simply lost. I don’t understand why Fish4Dogs cannot get order fulfilment right. Even after multiple complaints they do nothing to improve their fulfilment process. In fact, their response to my complaints was to blame the shipping company, Amazon, which manages to deliver all of my other orders without a problem, and to blame me for ordering individual cans (which they sell) instead of buying packs of 10 cans. They obviously have no interest in improving their process and no regard for the experience of their customers. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the product is very good. It's a shame that their shipping and customer service is so incompetent.

Amazing customer service - an actual person with experience of dogs.
My dog was not easily maintaining his weight and was underweight due to being very active. I used the chat function for advice re swapping his food and within a week on the new higher calorie food he is much better. I was also advised to use the salmon oil which is making a difference too

Exceptional customer service. I managed to speak to a customer service advisor (Ashleigh) quickly. My problem was solved immediately and at cost to the company not myself, even though I had created the problem. Exceptional service. Thank you Ashleigh, I appreciated your help. 🌟

What a lovely company, ran by lovely people

I have been a regular customer of Fish4Dogs for many years.
I have always been pleased with the product and my dogs like it too. I appreciate the different varieties of fish, the large kibble size and the speedy delivery.
And also the special offers and promotions.
I was trying to take advantage of a 25% off special and had completed the online form but at payment i lost connection!
They sent me several emails reminding me to complete my order however each time i did so it refused to accept my promotional code stating it had been used....
I have tried to contact them twice without success via their chat and also sent several emails to try to resolve this issue but there has been absolutely no response!!! I can only conclude that Fish4Dogs likes to sell their pet food but has no inclination/intention of interacting with their customers.

Have dealt with fish4dogs for many years, mainly using their treats but recently I had need to change my dogs diet. I'm using the Superior Adult range and the dogs are loving it and doing really well on it so far. Delivery is also excellent.
Thought I had noticed very slight differences in the contents of the food and tweeks here and there! Now I read on here that fish4dogs have sold out to 'Pedigree'!! who are part of Mars Petcare..Not a brand of food I would have chosen had I realised, in fact would have gone out of my way to avoid! I truly hope this is incorrect information. Would be so sad if its correct.
In conclusion, I must say though that since our transition (from an 80/20 very good dried food) I cannot deny there is a very definite improvement in many aspects of my dogs demeanour and health.

Our dog has been eating fish4dogs kibble, treats, dental fish skins, salmon oil, and special treat wet toppers for nearly 5 years. We first tried it as she seemed very itchy and sensitive, that stopped within days of being on the fish4dogs kibble. Her coat improved and she is really well and happy with her food. Orders are sent quickly and they often have very good offers/reductions.

Extremely impressed with the delivery time frame, came near enough next day it was shipped. Puppy seems to love it!

My dog refuses to eat the fish squares and fish with banana. Although he readily eats fish squares from other manufacturers. I feel these products are poor quality and would not recommend. For my dog to turn down a treat means the product is definitely not tasty for dogs.

I ordered some treats for our dog in January this year online, two days later my bank contacted me to say that my card had been used fraudently.

Ordered two bags of puppy food and paid express delivery for them to be delivered today when my existing bag was due to run out. Package has been delivered to wrong address. Customer services was unable to locate where my package has been delivered to. Had to re-order for delivery tomorrow. This means I do not have enough food to feed my puppy. Local pet shops do not stock this brand and I’d have to drive 17 miles for the correct brand, which is a further expense, or risk upsetting my puppy’s stomach with another brand. This is the first and last time I will be dealing with Fish4Dogs. Very unsatisfactory customer experience.

Have fed our Golden fish4dogs products since birth. Theirs are the only snacks she doesn’t turn her nose up at eventually. Fast delivery and good customer service.

I have been buying fish4cats wet food for about 3 years. Sushi's palette changed for a little while and she was preferring chicken and duck. I have to say that previously the food was excellent quality, mostly meat.

Recently however, I believe since the company became part of pedigree, the fish4cats food is runny. I was so surprised at the step change in quality. It's mainly water with a bit of meat floating around in it. I bought a few of the different types to see if the first couple were an anomaly but sadly they're all the same. I won't be buying anymore unfortunately.

Such a shame when you had a fantastic high quality product that my cat absolutely loved for it to go downhill so far and so quickly.

I am so surprised to read some of these reviews. If the delivery service is not up to par you can buy Fish4Dogs in Pets@Home. And it’s cheaper because it does not charge the delivery cost.
I have a Border Collie whose sensitivities have got worse over time, he was diagnosed as Coeliac as a puppy and is now 10 years old. Fish4Dogs has been a life saver for both him and myself.

When we got our pup the breeder had her on a cheap kibble and was also suffering with Giardia, having gone through the medication we wanted to give her a better quality food, a few recommendations suggested we tried Fish4Dogs and within a week her tummy troubles had pretty much gone. That was 8 months ago and she has gone from quite a poorly puppy to a very healthy 35kg cuddle bug with a glossy coat. She has the fish jerky as a treat and even the vet has commented on how white her teeth are. We also supplement with fresh fruit and veg during the week as she loves her fruit but overall Fish4Dogs is highly recommended if your pup has a sensitive tummy.

I was shocked to read the last few poor reviews- our experience has been amazing- Sarah at customer services gave us excellent advice regarding our boy not eating, following a digestive upset.
She talked through options, recommended kibble and mousse and sent samples of different flavours.
She could not have been more helpful.
Our order arrived within 24 hours by DPD delivery.
We are so happy that our dog loves the recommended mix of food and is eating again, leaving his dish clean!
Please don’t be put off by the bad reviews- we highly recommend the fish4dogs food, the service and fast delivery by DPD.

I had ordered some fish morsels but the local postman managed to get muddled with the delivery. I spoke to Fish4Dogs and they very kindly resolved the delivery issue, swiftly and very helpfully. The customer service was excellent and my dog loves the treats! They are good for her skin too.

Our two whippets who are generally not too particular about what they eat have steadfastly refused to eat this. This is to the extent that both of them have lost weight and we have had to switch them to an alternative as a matter of urgency- whippets can’t afford to lose much. They are wolfing down the new stuff. Expensive as the fish4 dogs was I’m putting the rest of it in the bin!

I have been loyal customer for years, I went to make use of the 15% Black Friday discount, only to find that they had increased prices by over 15% and then stated that they had a 15% off discount. It's dishonest and frankly scams customers.
