Avoid this scamming company. They trade under different names, don't answer their emails or phone calls. The product never arrives after numerous attempts to chase up the order. Avoid completely.

Haven't received my goods
Haven't received my goods, courier says they left them on the drive even though the instructions was to leave with a neighbour!
Took nearly a week to get some sort of responce from "fishing bait world", they refuse to respond to emails, and won't answer the phone! When you get a phone number on there courier claim form, the answer phone message tells you they won't answer tge phone.
They can't receive emails with a attachment!
So you can't fill the forms out and return them.
Still don't have goods or a refund, will never purchase anything from them again, absolutely a disgusting customer services!
Do not under any circumstances risk your money buying anything from these crooks!

Did have a problem with the tracking as the system wouldn’t recognise my password no matter how many times I reset it. The order arrived within 4 days anyway and so didn’t matter this time.

I give this company one star for the following reasons:
I placed and order on the 6th Nov. for a fishing trip planned for Saturday 14th Nov,(their site states 3/4 days delivery) it is now the 13th Nov. have just received a message from Hermes their chosen curious advising that there is a hold up on my parcel and cannot be delivered for a further 24 hours, this has caused me to purchase locally again what I need for my trip replacing the expected items in my order placed I am leaving very early in the morning.
Ten days for a delivery from a company based in the UK, that's the delivery time I would expect if I placed an order in China.
