Bands are the same quality as Crossover…
Bands are the same quality as Crossover Symmetry at a lower price. The FitCord door anchor is significantly better than the crossover symmetry doorbelts. If you're purchasing for home use, this is a much better option.

The FitCord bands are everything I hoped they'd be! The heavy bands are great for working out and my wife has used the lighter bands to rehab her shoulder injury. Great product!!

The bands are just as good as Crossover…
The bands are just as good as Crossover Symmetry, in my opinion. The price point is far better than Crossover. The only reason I didn't go with 5 stars is the system didn't come with a instruction guide of the different movements for rehabilitation of shoulders.

Great product, great service!
Excellent customer service, and great product! I've been using the fit cord crossover bands for a couple of months now and have noticed a 100% improvement in my rotator cuff stability and pain level. I'll keep using them to promote good strong shoulders from here on out!
