Even though it’s better than Mindbodyonline for SURE it takes way too much time to launch the app for both teachers and clients
Also business owners there are still items missing

I cannot brag enough on the customer service and overall fantastic experience I've had with Fit Degree. I get real help from a real person super fast when I need a solution or assistance. I feel like Fit Degree knows how deeply we care about our communities and the real issues we face as small business owners. The personal touch along with the tech savvy solutions have me sold!

FitDEGREE is an amazing studio software system, the best choice for my business! Owners are honest and quick to respond to any questions or issues (which have been very few). If you’re looking to switch from your existing booking software I highly recommend them, the data transfer was easy with little manual work.

FitDegree as a program is easy to use and a great tool for my business. The owner and staff are great to work with and always help me in a timely manner whenever I need. The custom app is really slick and my clients use it daily to schedule classes and receive push notifications from me in a timely manner.

When I purchased an existing studio that had fitDEGREE in place, I had many questions. But I am so happy this was the platform in place!! We had some major issues with the change over and not because of fitDEGREE. But when those issues came up I was able to talk to a person to figure out what the best plan of action was. Nick talked me through it, gave me reassurance that they would take care of it and really went above and beyond!! I can not say enough about fitDEGREE!!
Any time I have questions I can email and the response is very timely and sometimes includes a step by step video. Thank you fitDEDREE!!!

The entire experience has been great. Their customer service has been top notch. Great communication. On the software end we love everything about it. It is very user friendly. In the short time we have used it we see our clients becoming more engaged. We notice less marketing needed to fill our workshops and events. Making the move from MindBody has been a plus on all aspects.

To be honest, there are so many steps do everything. It is such a process. The app doesn’t always load. I would love more color features to be attached to classes. I wish the app had a different look to it too when viewing the classes. I’d love to see a weekly calendar as an option. I also would love to be able to change the classes on my phone vs logging into my account or computer.
What’s great? Customer service is helpful and get back to me fairly quickly. The cost of using the service is fair.

I really enjoy the friendliness and dedication of the FitDegree staff. It makes customer service less stressful! However, it is tough when no one is around on the weekends if there are any urgent matters.

I also think there are a few features that the app would benefit from - one being the ability to customize confirmation emails (our building is security coded, so it makes it difficult when we can’t put any further info in the confirmation email). Or, maybe have a section to write some studio info on the app by the phone number/address or something? The other feature that would be helpful is when a class is canceled, instead of having it disappear from the app, display it as “canceled”. But overall, I would highly recommend FitDegree. It’s been such a game changer for us!

fitDEGREE has it all! We searched years for a system we could trust and easily navigate. Not only for our clients, but for us as small business owners. We have used a few other companies and this is by far the most organized system. There's a button and option for everything we need. The service team at fitDegree is exceptional! They are easy to get ahold of and have fast, prompt responses. We would recommend FitDegree 10/10 times!

We were one of the initial companies that teamed up with FitDegree during the development stage. It was been incredible to work with Nick & the team at FitDegree. They are helpful, responsive and genuinely care about creating a tool that minimizes the “administrative” part of our job. I’m grateful for the flexibility of the software to customize classes, events or one-on-ones. They’ve made the administrative management portion of my job streamlined and easy!!

I feel like I dealing with a lot of bugs. I constantly have to be checking if my availability they are showing us correct

FitDEGREE has done very well for our studio! It’s easy to work with when it comes to booking, purchasing and seeing the schedule. Best part for me would be the announcements, as a business owner, communication is key whether we are doin a challenge, meal prepping, class cancels, change in schedule, FYI’s and much more. Notifications are also great!

I switched from Zen Planner and I am SO glad. This is an easy app/software for all my needs at the fair price. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is I wish it could handle merchandise inventory.

Honestly.... this is too good to be true. We interviewed a million software companies and you were the final one... save the best for last....
The features you offer on the app are cutting edge... Appealing to the students because it is intune with their daily routine using social media...they don't skip a beat. All the bonus features, like friending people, seeing how full a class is, events posted as if it were an ad and I can't wait to use the video promos. Owning 5 studios with 40+ teachers, it's hard to spread the word about sales, workshops and events but now the students see it every time they sign up..BOOM!

The support recieved throughout the setup and transition was great. Couldnt have been smoother with great response time to requests/questions.

The support also recieved post transition is hands down one of the best features of going with FitDegree. Their customer support makes sure you get what you need and is extremely fast and personal.

The app and admin system is very intuitive and easy to use. The reports functions are again very easy to use and several features allow much easier client managment. Instructor managment is so simple and makes payment and scheduling so much easier. Training is great and copies of all the meetings are provided for reference. If you cant figure out what you need again the customer support is great.

Client feedback has been great. The app on their side is a great improvment over Mindbody and we have seen online registrations jump as soon as we switched.

Very happy with the switch and the FitDegree team.
