Easy to use and cost effective! Perfect for my fitness studio!

FitDegree's onboarding, customer service, and value are excellent. We use it for our group fitness studio, mainly for classes and events. They typically get back to you within a few hours if you have a question. FitDegree listens to their customers' feedback and have made many upgrades to the app and interface since we started working with them back in 2019. We love having our own branded app, and we are so glad we made the switch from Mindbody.

FitDEGREE was excellent in all ways. What a refreshing experience after switching from another leading industry program. They were prompt, went above and beyond for customer service and my staff and students frequently remarked how easy it was to use.

My app crashes every week even after the updates. My members have problems with linking up to their calendars and sometimes the kiosk doesn’t check in the member all the way creating an extra step for the member to reach to me to void the late cancellation fee.

Would love a place for members to review classes so new clients could see what others are saying about the class.

My experience with fitDEGREE has been great. They are responsive and take considerations of the customer and put them into action.

I really appreciate the responses from the support team. They are typically fairly quick to reply. The overall app experience has been pretty good. We have had a lot of negative feedback about the financial side for clients. They don’t get receipts sent to them, which they don’t like and when their payment method needs to be updated, they can’t don it on their end as an automatic payment and that causes a lot of work for us. It’s not always the most user friendly to navigate and it seems there are a lot of little bugs being worked out. I’m happy with the price, but I have had a ton of people emailing because they don’t know how to do certain things or find us in the app, which is incredibly time consuming and frustrating for us. Would really like for there to be some improvements made as I like the team and concept of the app.

Fitdegree is dependable, adaptable & affordable. I lost my teaching position because of COVID but was able to transition to teaching online because of Fitdegree. Thank you Nick & team!

EVERY communication that I have had with fitDEGREE has been positive! They respond quickly. They answer my questions. They refer me to resources for additional help. I am not a technology wizard and fitDEGREE is patient with me and doesn’t try to take advantage of my lack of skill or hesitations with the technical part of my work. fitDEGREE has been a dream come true for our boutique fitness studio. We had to kiss quite a few toads to find our prince but it was worth it! The design, the interface, the ease of use and the constant improvements are just a few of our favorite things. Thank you, FitFam, for all you do for us "little guys".

Change is hard. I switched to fitDregree from a different company. Their customer service is 2nd to none. They did everything they could to make the process smooth. I also just really like everyone I've worked with there. And.....I'm excited to be saving a ton of money and have my own branded app.

The customer support was fantastic! I had a little difficulty linking my fitDegree account with my studio account. Ali was incredibly responsive, and set up a video meeting to walk me through the process. Best, most responsive customer support I've ever experienced.

I think some things are great on the platform, but there are a lot of little glitches that can be frustrating. It should be more user friendly when it comes to registering for an account. Having a client register intentionally for your business but you can't see them unless they actually click on something in the app is frustrating as a business owner. It sounds unprofessional to say "just click something and then I will be able to see you".

That's an issue that happens AFTER having to list 15 steps for registration on a website (that no one reads and then I have 15 different areas that I have to cover to figure out where things went haywire in the process).

If someone is on the website or the app and clicks that they want to register for a class, that should be automatic once they pay and they shouldn't have to go follow up on it.

I will say the customer support is fantastic, unless it's the weekend and then you're going to have to wait until the next business day.

Being a new customer, I feel like I will learn to resolve some of these issues, but it shouldnt take 15 steps to get connected to me regardless of whether I have those possible issues with each step committed to memory yet.

We are so happy we made the switch to fitDEGREE. Our students love the app and so do we. fitDEGREE does everything we need it to do and is incredibly responsive. Christine Heavener is our coach and she is the cherry on top of the Sunday! She guides us in the right directions, answers our questions quickly and thoroughly (we love the Loom videos), and ensures that we never feel stressed about fitDEGREE doing what we need it to do. Did we say we were so happy we made the switch? Well, we can't say it enough!

As a start up in a world where there is MindBody, I knew I was taking a risk. But, it was well worth it and I am not sorry I switched. The software continues to get better and better and functions in a way that is much more intuitive than MindBody was. The people behind FitDEGREE genuinely care about their customers and continually prove it by implementing feedback and continually exploring ways to add value. If you are thinking about making the switch, I highly recommend FitDEGREE.
