Wouldn’t tell the price as working
Had to have 3 locks changed he told me at the end it was £490 after I moaned he said he would take 10% off which took it to £390. I said I wasn’t happy and wanted to complain as he never set a price when I asked, completed the work then proceeded to say it was £65 a lock and £75 labour PER LOCK! He also told me that he was in charge of the phones today and there was only an email I could write to. It resulted in him removing all the locks and leaving us with no locks in the doors at all.
Ridiculous and not happy at all!

Telephoned for price to fit a new lock, and was quoted 100 pounds, that included lock and time estimated at 30 minutes. Job was completed in 30 minutes, but he then said the bill was 250 pounds as the quote on the telephone did not include an outer piece to the lock.
After heated discussion agreed at 150.

Strongly recommended - Quick, reliable and professional locksmith service
Huge credit to fitlocks. I locked myself and called them for help. A very friendly and professional guy called Ben turned up promptly. He explained everything to me in advance, advised of the cost and replaced my lock accordingly. The whole service was much more reasonable than quoted with some other locksmith companies. I strongly recommend Ben and his company Fitlocks.
