I have used fit my floor for almost all of the flooring in our new build since 2022 and for other properties that I own.
They are extremely helpful and well priced!
This time around I have had beautiful parquet flooring laid in my lounge. Rhodri at the shop was very responsive with his communication and answered all of my queries promptly.
Eddy arrived promptly yesterday to prep the flooring and today turned up on the dot to start and complete the job! What a lovely, genuine guy! He has done an amazing job and the flooring looks wonderful! I'm already booking back in to have the flooring extended to the hallway and for my stairs to also be done in the same parquet flooring!

Eddie a good guy who fitted the luxury vinyl herringbone this time around. We've used them twice. First time was 8 years ago on our new build, had carpet and wood flooring fitted. End of last year we had the luxury vinyl herringbone fitted throughout the whole house (same house), noticed a handful of areas making a clicking noise which they proved to be the concrete subfloor underneath which they had laid, blamed bellway for their original concrete subfloor/screed and refused to do anything about it apart from in one area in the kitchen which is now soft underfoot and makes noises still. FairPlay to Eddie who tried to help abit but was unable to repair the areas fully. We’ve spent a fortune on the flooring and it’s nowhere near perfect. The flooring looks great but let down by it not being 100% solid as about 4 areas in heavy traffic areas are moving under foot and making noise. Im afraid I can’t recommend these guys but if you do go with them make sure you check your subfloor first so they can’t blame it if it goes wrong or ask them to check it properly and give you guarantee it won’t do what ours has done. There’s 2 scenarios here is that they fitted this flooring without fully inspecting the sub flooring or they didn’t fit the screed/self levelling correctly, either way they’re meant to be the experts so you’d like to think they’d know what to do, not just fit a floor and worry about it after then blame the builders. Upon research of the LVT process it is imperative that the subfloor is sound before installation or issues like this can arise. They’ve washed their hands of us now and we’re left with a far from perfect job…..the owner seemed nice but any given opportunity to wriggle out of it being their fault he took with both hands.

*UPDATE* reply. Comment from myself “you’ve proved your point” was in reference to proving that the board was stuck down (which you physically proved), not who’s fault the subfloor being wrong was, I showed pictures of the original subfloor the builders had left us and at the point in which you then fitted flooring the first time round. We’ve spent £11k on a floor that has issues, proved to be the subfloor, which you are blaming the builders of the house for 8 years ago. Coming back “free of charge” to address a job that has issues that you completed? Are we supposed to pay for that??
The upstairs LVT was proved to be stuck down as shown physically, noise coming from the subfloor board which you also fitted and Eddie admitted was his fault (not been repaired fully). The 2 days of repairs were mainly for repairs in the kitchen and boards unstuck, plus stairs carpet spikes issue.

The last visit which you specified would be your last and you wouldn’t be coming back, was very much putting us in an awkward position. We’re still under warranty which I guess you’re pulling away from the terms and conditions now. Repaired area from last visit unsticking already.

Extremely happy with new herringbone flooring fitted by Gareth! Process from start to finish was great, everyone was friendly knowledgable and helpful. Very happy with the fitting, Gareth made a tough job look easy. Will 100% use for future flooring needs.

Great company to deal with. Very pleased with our purchase of tile effect laminate. Very good price compared to other suppliers, the delivery was also reasonable. Would recommend and definitely use them again.

I couldn’t be happier with the work! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Charlie was very helpful and informative and Gareth worked really hard and efficiently, and completed the installation much faster than I expected — without sacrificing quality.

Their attention to detail was impressive, and the finished floor looks absolutely amazing. You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship. They also kept the workspace clean and made sure everything was perfect before they left.

New carpet on stairs and landing fitted just over a week ago by Gary (and Aaron). Very professional and friendly/funny. Job completed to a very high standard. They even tidied up which I said they didnt have to but they insisted. Excellent job and will definately request for them to come back when we are ready for other rooms to be done

Another two rooms of carpet fitted today from Fit my floors. As usual excellent service with amazing patience from Charlie allowing us time to pick exactly the right carpet - with enough input to help us make a selection but no pressure. Fitting was today by Gary and Paul. They arrived on time, were polite courteous and funny. They fitted two rooms a bedroom and the lounge\diner and never stopped smiling throughout the fitting. The fitting was absolutely perfect and the rooms look great. Will definitely get them back for more rooms in the future.

From making our choices, measuring our space and having our current carpet uplifted - Jordan was great throughout this whole process.

The fitters Eddy & Mike were very professional, friendly, and clearly took great pride in their work. Their attention to detail was second to none; every cut and join was perfectly aligned, and they made sure everything was finished to the highest standard. They even took the time to tidy up thoroughly at the end of each day.

Great family run company! The lads in the shop were very friendly and helpful, we went for an lvt herringbone throughout the house. The fitters did a great job we are very pleased with everything and love our new floor.

Absolutely lovely showroom. The lads in the shop were great and offered great advise and service. I will be back again to do my 3 bedrooms in carpet as the carpets in there looked stunning.
