Went in to view elliptical step trainers. The selection was pretty good and luckily had a working example of the model that was top of our list. A Sole E35.
The sales guy Matt Davies was just right - left us alone to have a good look up and down the line at the various options we had researched online, then at just the right time came over to help. Gave us a good honest briefing on the pros and cons of a few machines as well as the E35. Our delivery was made in two working days and to a spot where we wanted it. Took a while to assemble but was straightforward as Matt had advised. Very pleased with the machine and Matt’s assistance.

The staff at Camberley were very knowledgeable and helpful. One weight plate didn’t arrive with the first delivery, but this was quickly and easily rectified. The fitting team then did a swift and effective job of assembling everything, and were very user-friendly - including some help how to operate the equipment. The equipment itself was also well priced. In overall terms, I have been very impressed.

I visited the Camberley store as I wanted to purchase some equipment for my sons. We were really lucky to be helped by Matt. He was extremely helpful and helped us choose a treadmill and multi gym. We didn't feel rushed at all and Matt was really friendly and offered great advice. The equipment was delivered and installed much faster than anticipated and the delivery team were fabulous.

have brought from thses before and this time ive seen a different side,i ordered monday and had to email them to find when order being delivered only to get email 2 days later which is now 5 days passed that the delivery company now had my order,2 to 4 days it says on site,and my week off so thought perfect ,now saying they will ring me for delivery and that will be kerb drop and that have to check its all there before driver can leave,?what,so i contacted to cancel,told me had to ring so did and got a guy from customer service that sells,just like there customer service online,not there to help but to sell so in reality not customer service.Anyway got lady on phone that said would cancel and that i had to send clarification to them by email to camcel so i did and yet again today it has not gone though to them so if comes it will be on there head and will report to goverment for investigation as ignoring my request is against the law same as blocking my email or giving a false onewhich she gave me which obviously makes her liable.Have recorded conversations just to make sure.

Matt at the store was great - Good advice on he treadmill which we eventually purchased. Would have been 5 stars but we paid for same day delivery / installation and there was a mistake and we got the installation done a few days later.

I had the good fortune to deal with Nicole who was so helpful and knowledgeable. Having a poor experience with another company I was so lucky with her. So helpful in getting a delivery to Northern Ireland. Very few suppliers will do this.
