Fitness Superstore - Manchester Reviews 

We have been to the Fitness Superstore- Manchester on a few occasions, after having been to a number of fitness shops and in my opinion they are by far the best. They will let you browse, but if you need their help, they are very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Lee has been particularly helpful with all our purchases, this time we bought an exercise bike, he was very helpful in helping us choose the right bike for us, we will be going there again in the next 6 months.

I went in the store to look at some dumbbells before purchasing and had a great experience. Nathan helped us decide and talk through the options, and was very honest about some of the pro and cons of different options. I really appreciated that it felt like I was being helped rather than pushed to buy anything as well, they are really great, friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming! Very glad I took the time to go in and order in store.

Fabulous service, no pressure or hard sell, waited until we had a browse and were ready to engage and provided with genuine expert advice, we bought an exercise bike. Quick delivery too we could have it within a few days Definitely recommend.

I recently purchased a Sole treadmill and had a great experience. Lee, who assisted me with my purchase, was extremely knowledgeable and always available to help with any questions. The ordering process was simple and easy, which made the whole experience hassle-free.

Went in to the Manchester store to ask about a particular piece of equipment. So useful to be able to try equipment before buying. James was really helpful and extremely quick and efficient sending specs, quotes etc very good experience. This isn't the first purchase I have made with Fitness Superstore and I'll definitely use them again in future. Great selection of quality commercial grade equipment, fair prices and good options on finance, delivery and installation.

Great staff knowledge, excellent product

We went to the Manchester branch of Fitness Superstore - a return visit after we purchased a multi-gym from the team last year. This time we were looking for a treadmill. We were greeted on arrival and the team talked us through the options available. We discussed whether the installation service was needed and decided against it. The staff gave us a balanced view about the pros and cons. We are really happy with the product we bought and would buy from Fitness Superstore again.

The store has a pretty good display of various pieces of equipment especially treadmills. The guy who helped us, Lee, was really helpful and got us all the information we needed to make a decision on the treadmill going through the features on 4 or 5 of the ones we were looking at.

Placing the order and getting the delivery dates sorted was simple and straightforward. Hopefully delivery of the first piece of equipment goes the same way as the sale.

Purchased a Titan Mft Elite machine and a Sole treadmill from fitness superstore. The sales team were brilliant especially Lee explained everything and helped me pick out the best equipment for me. Didn’t push anything on me for the sale instead helped me pick the best for my budget.Will definitely recommend i also opted for installation and the lads (David) was brilliant. So happy with it. Will definitely recommend and will be purchasing from them again.

No selling from James just honest relevant and practical advice.
Made purchase decision and easy process completed.
Delivery was a bit inconvenient as all deliveries are because had to wait until the day behire for a time window but understandable. All fitted and demo to show item working.
Not had any issues yet. Quality machine.

Lee was extremely professional and was able to offer clear advice on the range of treadmills. His approach was great, just enough support whilst not too pushy. Following Lee’s advice, my wife and I felt like we had a much better understanding of the various options across the range of treadmills and subject to checking the size available at home, we were more than happy to call back and order directly from Lee.
