4-stars that would be 5-stars with improved assembly instructions.
Great product. A lot of features of the high-end gym systems. Great value. Silent, smooth, beginners-to-advanced programs. Arrived on time. Very well packaged. The ONLY reason I am giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is for the documentation. It took me and a very experienced handyman, more than 2 hours, working together, to assemble the system. It is an IKEA-like assembly instruction set - as in diagrams and no words. BUT, the pictures are too small and overlaid and, in general, very cryptic. Also, for usage, the explanation of the different programs is minimal, so trial and error for that solution, which is not too bad. In all, it has been 3 days and 2.5 hours of use and it will definitely do the job. SOLUTION: MAKES AN ASSEMBLY VIDEO AND INCLUDE IT ON A USB DRIVE, OR JUST PROVIDE THE LINK IN THE MANUAL.

No Refund!
I place a order on the 2nd of April for items which where in stock.
After two weeks I was sent one item which you cannot use without any of the other items.
Now the bulk order is not in stock and I have been waiting for twice weeks for a refund where I have filled the form in four times and still no reply.

At first i want to sincerely apologize for the time of delivery which is not acceptable and also for not responding to your requests.
We have been overwhelmed by all the orders, and the problems of communication with our logistic partners. As for all of us, this situation is new and complicated as all of our habitual processes got shaken by the virus.
Concerning your order, i got informed by our accounting service that a refund of 418,46€ has been registered.
Our customer service will send you a return label so that you can send back the muscle clamps.
As soon as the articles arrive at our warehouse, you got a refund of 9,98€ (price of the product).
