Incredible customer service.

I bought a new cross trainer, assembled it and encountered an issue with what was apparently a wire that got stuck internally while I was screwing the handle together. Called the customer service and asked for help. They helped me figure out the issue, but the cross trainer didn't work even after freeing the wire. So some days later they sent a very helpful and skilled technician that replaced the wire and other parts that turned out to be defective as well. Everything for free.

I would definitely buy again!
