Only trouble
I tried to purchase the ProForm Carbon Pro 2000 on FitnessDigital using PayPal as the payment method, but the transaction did not go through because their webpage froze during the process.
As a result, the amount of €1,405 has been temporarily blocked on my card (the money is not available), and it will remain blocked for up to 25 days.
Their customer service is currently closed for one week.
If it were possible, I would ask for compensation for the inconvenience and damages caused

Great Product for the price (Reebok FR30 Sprint Bike). Only reason for 4 stars is that the product arrived weeks later than projected. I would still buy again.

Ordered an Olympic bar they said was in stock have been waiting ages for it. Tried to contact them several time via email because phone number doesn't work. No reply what so ever. Absolute joke company

There's no less reputable company
If I had checked review sites before ordering from fitnessdigital then I'd have avoided them like the plague. I hope that others will benefit from my review and avoid dealing with this company.
They don't have a phone number. that really should be the alarm-bell that alerts you to shop elsewhere. My own purchase was a €2,000 treadmill delivered faulty and with parts missing. All communication about the order has been ignored by fitnessdigital. Don't order from them. Deal with a reputable company. I can only hope that many people heed this review and take their business elsewhere. I've learned a valuable lesson, at least.

Be careful
Thought I was buying from a uk company - the product came from Spain and wasn't very good- more Garmin 230 issue- poor watch for money - however I tried to return product and raise issues- dot com address doesn't work and I have had no response yet from customer service on the .co.uk address
