Prompt had my order next day. Customer service was awesome

Credit card was charged, but no confirmation of order was sent. No order was processed. Had to call customer service and they discovered that the order wasn’t put through properly. No apology or offer to help the delayed order with any assistance, or attempt to make it right. If I hadn’t checked my credit card statement, I wouldn’t have known that I had been charged.

Package was lost and still haven’t got it.

Bought 4 Blackstonelabs products during the Black Friday deal and saved a ton of money, and they shipped the products out within 3 hours after I purchased them. I usually have 3 companies where I purchased my supplements to get the best deal, but so far Fitness First has the best deals and ships the products out quickly.

Horrible customer service. even a BOGO deal didn't make up for rude employees who hang up without asking if there is anything else they can help you with or you saying there is something else. Also one of my shipments, the protein container didn't fit in the box and they halfassed it by taping the flaps together as best as possible in a too small box. the other box had one tiny piece of shipping paper in a horrendous attempt to keep the contents from moving and or protection but the contents could clearly move with the slightest movement of the box.

It's been two weeks since my order was placed and I still have not received it. No answer when calling customer service.

I would have given you a 5 but I guess you guys did a system shift and I lost my account and all my muscle bucks. I will admit I've been out the gym for a period of time.

The product was delivered quickly, which was good because I ran out of pre workout that day. The only thing I would like see changed for future purchases is if the product comes with a free shirt then you should be able to choose what size. I was sent a Large which does not fit.
