I recently ordered two 5lb containers…
I recently ordered two 5lb containers of Syntha-6, but only received one. I reached out to the company twice, but have not received a response. I also tried to use the "chat" option on the website, but cannot get a response. I've used this company for over 20 years, and have never received customer service like this before. I'm not sure if it changed owners or what. Regardless, the customer service is lacking.
