Beware: either scammers or worst run company ever
They are trying real hard to make me pay twice for a bill. Provided them with proof of payment (bank statement) and screenshots of email conversations about the payments which were paid in time. In fact, the order would not be sent until i paid in the first place, but they somehow claim i didn't pay even though they sent my order after my payment went through.
Either they have the most incompetent financial administration of any company ever, or they are scammers.

The response below me is complete bs. I clearly marked my payment for the order i intended to pay, not the order the apparently 'used it for'. My first order got a reminder early on but was immediately rectified as to have been a mistake and having been paid. The second order was only sent after payment was received. yet somehow now they claim the payment for my 2nd order was used for my 1st and i still have to pay for the 2nd.
DONT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS.

Wie wir dir jedoch bereits mehrmals per E-Mail mitgeteilt haben, konnte unsere Buchhaltung leider nur eine einzige Zahlung von dir feststellen, welche deiner Bestellung vom Dezember zugewiesen wurde. Deine Bestellung vom Januar wurde vom System zunächst angehalten und freigegeben, nachdem wir die Zahlung der Dezember-Bestellung erhalten haben. Leider konnte unsere Buchhaltung keine weitere Zahlung von dir feststellen (auch konntest du uns keinen entsprechenden Zahlungsbeleg senden), weshalb du nun eine Zahlungserinnerung erhalten hast, für welche wir übrigens keine Mahngebühr erheben. Wir verstehen deinen Ärger, bitten dich jedoch um Fairness, deine Bewertung der Wahrheit entsprechend anzupassen.
