Luckily, I've only ordered extra weights so no further harm to the final goods.

"Outstanding Lat Pull-Down Machine: Great Value and Service"
I recently bought a lat pull-down machine for my home gym and couldn't be happier. The purchase and installation were smooth.
The machine is versatile, allowing me to do lat pulldowns, tricep exercises, and rowing. It looks great, fits perfectly in my garage, and offers excellent value for the money. Plus, I received a free tricep rope when I visited their showroom.
Overall, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend the equipment.
