This fitness program is the best one I ever tried. After many years of trying different programs, diet and spending a lot of money. Fitness Mama is working perfect. After my first pregnancy, in two months I lost 7 kg. The staff is very friendly and they are answering to questions very quickly. They have affordable prices and offer you different exercises every day and different types of menu. If you really want a change you definitely should try this program, follow strict the program and their suggestions and you'll see the results immediately.

Diet / Nutrition wise, although this project offers personalised menus, they don't feel customised at all and are quite rigid. Also not too aligned to seasonal food and what can be found in grocery stores in this part of the world. I'd prefer an explanation of what's driving the menus and have the freedom to create my own rather than obsess over very specific dishes. Doesn't feelike the right approach.

I joined Fitness Mama after I have added 20kg during my pregnancy. This project is more than loosing weight it gives you discipline, motivation, confidence. Suuuper! Is The Best!

I love the flat belly program! After giving birth twice my belly looked like I was still pregnant.. I only participated în the free 5 days program (3 times) and I can already see the difference. I lost 5cm în circumference. :) Great team and support community. Thank you Fitness Mama!

This fitness program works best for me. Every day i do a different exercise, which keeps my interest high. Also Ina, the instructor gives me good vibes and even if I understand it is a registered video, she is like talking directly to me. In 6 months I lost a few kg, but my body shape is visibly changing. It's worth trying. Maybe it works for you too.

All the workouts are great for being fit. Just try them all.
