I received my sample book and was very impressed. Today I received the 100 recipe book and the information, layout and recipes provided did not disappoint. Even the colour of my logo blended really well in the front page.
As a sports nutritionist I prefer not to use meal plans unless there is a specific need for rapid fat loss for sports related reasons. This allows me to give my clients suggestions to match calorie requirements and variety in meal options
