Shipping was very fast, and fitshop was very accomodating in changing the delivery address to office during work hours

Everything was fine

Very poor quality of customer service.
We reported a problem with our crosstrainer on the 17th of January, but nobody has contacted us since. Each time we had to call the shop in Copenhagen ourselves to ask for an update.
After a month, a technician finally came to repair the crosstrainer, but it turned out that the shop had ordered the wrong part. How is that even possible?!
We are still waiting for the repair…

I was planning on giving a 3 star review and after some thought decide on a 4 star. I ordered from you for the first time and am very happy with what I received. What I was not happy about is the fact that one of my large parcel boxed was cut open by someone before it it arrived for delivery and was unsealed. This is not acceptable and this privilage is for the customer to open their purchases. NOT someone else. I checked and nothing seems to be missing. The parcels were left outside under the carport by the road and I was not informed that they were delivered as I was at home on the day of the deliver. Whomever delivered the parcels seems to be the problem. Delivery time was acceptable taking the current snow weather in DK into consideration. Happy with my purchase with some issues. I am planning on ordering more items from you and hope that the next delivery will better.

The quality of good is wonderful, the staff are friendly and super collaborative, I needed to manage a replacement because of size and they were so supportive and fast responding, all was smooth and they are a dependable and quality shop.

I bought a fitness treadmill, it has good quality with low price.

"Taurus IC70 Smart" . Nice bike . Very pleased with it. (A comfier saddle would have been nice ) maybe their 'comfy' saddle as standard ?. Delivered (with no prior warning ) day before arranged delivery date, but fortunately I was home as it rained half an hour later !. Delivery guy helped me push it indoors through front door so thank you to him. So all's well that ends well. Thank you .

I have made several orders from them, but I have had 3 experiences of very poorly packaged being delivered. The heavier the product you order, the higher the chance of damage. I ordered a 20kg kettlebell that ended up completely banged up and the box it came in basically falling apart. I contacted customer service, told them it was very poorly packaged and should add more material to reinforce the box. I got a replacement, that was slightly less banged up with same packaging. Since it's a hustle to go back and forth with 20 kg box, I was like whatever, no need for 3rd replacement that is also banged up. They told me that they are not adding extra material to protect products. Now I ordered 2 sets of dumbbells, 15 and 17.5 kg. All 4 of them came in boxes that were ripped apart, dumbbells hanging out, one box was late because it completely broke and the delivery company had to apply 2 kilos of tape probably. If I didn't have already a collection of same dumbbells already in place I would not order from here again. It's just stupid not to care about packing the goods well and so wasteful on their money and also environment. This was Danish website for context, but shipped from Germany

I’ve ordered several times from Fitshop, and every time has been a great experience. Most recently, I bought a workout bench – it arrived on time, was easy to assemble, and is absolutely perfect. No squeaks, very stable, and great quality overall. I’m very happy with the product and the service. Highly recommend!

The equipment is really good, high quality and arrived in great conditions, so far we are using it and no issues.
Why two stars?... well besides arriving one week late versus original commitment date, the carrier who delivered opted to leave the equipment on the street.....not in our house (even my wife asked them to please do so), they rudely declined to deliver even in front of our door they said the instruction was to leave it on the street. This was a rainy day and I was out of town, so we had to find some moving company that would go urgently to our home and help my wife.

Got what I ordered in good time and condition, so no complaints.

Easy to find item, easy to buy and fast delivery

I have to give them 5 stars even though the company that they used from Germany to deliver did not come on Friday how they said they would. However they readjusted and did deliver what I ordered on the following Monday. So I appreciate that they were able to fulfil my order. The black friday offer was nice and I would use them again since they did get the job done at the end of the day for me so I would recommend them.

The product is great. The Tanita scale is the product I bought again and again over the years and this specific model is just the best for home use.
Complaints - I bought the item in Denmark with 1-2 working days delivery time, it arrived 5 days later from Germany. The explanation is not clear on the website where the item is coming from and how long will actually take. I had to call and get info by phone. So, keep in mind their stock is in Germany not in Denmark and 1-2 days means shipping from there, when it arrives is a different story.
If you can deal with maybe 8-10 days time for the item to reach you, go ahead, the website has very good products. Now I know that I should not count on an actual 1-2 days delivery. I will for sure buy again, they are good.
