I ordered a kitchen accessory in May and found missing part to install this. I still not have received this. I have been emailing them for months for a update and asking for a refund which they have not relied back. I have tried ringing them (if you complain, they will take your number and then block you. So you will have to use another number). Please do not use this company. I will now have to take this to trading standard and will update you on this.

I ordered a product, which arrived within two days
Very good service BUT
On opening it I found it had been used, parts were missing, and others broken.
Sent them an email asking for refund asap,
Received a request to rate them two days later!
On a Sunday (so they work Sundays)
Had no other contact from them.
Have not been refunded.
They have NOT contacted me except for asking for a review, the link they sent me does NOT work

The product I ordered was fragile and the packaging arrived so damaged that I couldn’t properly remove the product from the box. The customer service ‘team’ sounded like a couple of teenagers and were extremely rude and unprofessional and insisted that I should pay for returns of the item. Any other company would send fragile items properly packaged with packing inside but this was just in a plastic bag.. Looks like cheap rubbish and won’t be buying from them again!

I bought 2 Solid Base Wire Baskets for my kitchen cabinets. They arrived and looked good quality.
When I came to fit them I needed to unscrew 2 screws on each unit but the screws wouldn’t budge. They were tightened securely.
I’m quite a strong guy but the screws wouldn’t budge.
I phoned the company and their guy told me ‘yeah, we’ve had a few like that’ ???
Why are you still selling them in that state if you know there’s a problem??
They did arrange to send out replacements and I ended the call.
As I was eager to get the baskets in place I decided to drill out the screws and replace them with new ones.
I emailed the company to cancel the new brackets and they replied with ‘Thanks for the update’…..
No apology, nothing.
If you require these baskets, shop elsewhere!

When the article arrived the instructions were missing. We got photographic instructions sent via email and they were generic instructions and not specifically for this unit. It took my kitchen fitter many many hours to work out the fitting costing me extra time and money. When I submitted a complaint via email, no one even had the decency to respond!

Ordering was easy and delivery time was good. BTW, there are 100s of reviews on their actual website rather than just the small selection on Trustpilot.

Quick delivery , excellent service, and reasonably priced would recommend to all.

Ordered kitchen handles yesterday online. Received an order confirmation instantly and received really lovely copper pull handles the next day. Beautiful quality, and all individually packed with protective packing... really pleased with the product, as advertised.. can’t wait to get them fitted.. thank you Fittings Co.

Really poor company, zero customer service. Goods eventually turned up but after I'd cancelled order as I couldn't wait any longer. Have been chasing refund but this company is impossible to get hold of by phone or email.
BEST FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER, KEEP CLEAR OF THE ONE!

Product arrived within 10 working days of ordering and the day after I received the shipping confirmation. Quality of product exactly matched my expectations based on description and pictures on the website.

Recently placed an order with this so called supplier and now seriously regret that decision! Ordering process was easy with a fast legitimate looking confirmation order. That where it stops! Since then, no delivery, no response to emails sent asking for update on delivery of items and no one is available to pick up calls. You’ll hit a brick wall on all levels. It looks like we’ve been scammed! Avoid at all cost!

Placed an order, received a confirmation email, but then the trail goes dead. Zero communication, no answer when tried to call. Absolutely shocking customer service - avoid!

Signed up on their website, not receiving confirmation email, tried to call many times, not able to get through to customer service to speak to anyone. Should have read the company review from trustpilot earlier so I don't need to go through the hassle today :-(

Ordered an item from this company (kitchen draw organiser) and the item is 100% completely different to the images on the website, I have gone back on the website to return the item and it looks like the site is just a scam site.
There is no address for them, to the return the item you have to "write" to them within 7 days, after 14 days you will not be able to return the item, it also goes on about how it will inspect the item etc etc etc, try calling them and no answer, beware of buying from these
