Very efficient service
Very efficient service. Travelling to France in February 2022 and needed an antigen test. Booked, tested and results received all in the same day. Good customer service at Basildon site - in and out with 10 mins. Would recommend.

Very easy to book the lateral flow test…
Very easy to book the lateral flow test I did in Dartford. Used the chat tool and they were responding within 10 to minutes. I needed it to travel to France in December 2021. Got the results within 3 hours as promised. Staff and manager on site were very helpful, I had originally paid for a PCR test which I downgraded to a lateral flow test and got my refund on the same day.
There was no queuing on site, well organised. Reasonable pricing.
I would highly recommend.
