Take my advice and read about my experiences with FitVii before investing money in any of their devices.
NOTE: Update below with FitVii’s reaction to this post.
I was given one of their GT5 watches as a gift by my wife. When I opened the package and charged it the first time, I found that there is a swath of the screen in which the pixels were not functioning at all. Thus, about 20% of the watch’s face is always blank. I tried restarting/rebooting the watch, but that had no effect on the blank pixels. I installed their iOS app and linked the watch to my iPhone, and according to the device’s details in the app, the firmware is up to date.
I emailed FitVii and asked how to return the device for a replacement, or how to arrange a return with a refund credited to back to my wife.
The first response I received was as follows:
“Thank you for reaching out, and we sincerely apologize for the issue you’ve encountered with the screen of your GT5.
To resolve this, we would be happy to offer you an upgrade to either the GT5 PRO MAX or the GT5 Plus. The GT5 PRO MAX model can measure blood pressure, blood sugar, uric acid, and also allows you to make and receive calls. The GT5 Plus, in addition to all the features of the GT5 PRO MAX, also includes an extra current acupuncture feature for weight loss.
If you are interested in upgrading, we can provide these models for just an additional $29.9.
We hope this solution is helpful and we look forward to your response.”
I replied, “I do not want an upgrade at an additional cost. I want either an exchange for a working version the GT5 model or a return and full refund. How do we make that happen?”
Instead of answering my question again, they then replied,
“Thank you for your message, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We absolutely understand your preference for a working version of the GT5 model. Unfortunately, the GT5 model has been discontinued and is no longer in stock, which is why we suggested an upgrade option. We are truly sorry that we cannot provide a direct replacement of the GT5 watch at this time.
However, we believe that both the GT5PROMAX and GT5Plus watches are excellent alternatives, and we are confident that you will find them to be a worthwhile upgrade. They offer a variety of enhanced features that the GT5 model does not have. You can take a closer look at these models here:
GT5PROMAX Watch
GT5Plus Watch
As a gesture of goodwill and to show our understanding of your situation, I have arranged for a 30% discount on the upgrade.
If this solution works for you, we can proceed right away with the upgrade. If you would still prefer a return and full refund, please let us know, and we will assist you further.
We truly appreciate your patience and hope we can resolve this matter to your satisfaction.”
I emailed them back once writing, “If the GT5 model is no longer available then I want to arrange a return and refund. Please provide details on how to arrange that.”
Their response once again did not give me the information I requested, rather, they wrote,
“Thank you for your message and I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the GT5 model being out of stock.
If you would like to arrange a return and refund, please be aware that shipping costs for returns are your responsibility and refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee. In this case, returning the watch may not be the most economical option compared to upgrading the watch.
As an alternative, we recommend that you upgrade to a newer model. I fully understand your feelings and I can offer you an additional 30% discount on your upgrade. I fully understand your concerns and truly want to provide you with a satisfactory solution.
Please let me know how you would like to proceed. I look forward to hearing from you and providing further assistance.”
In my last and recent response sent yesterday, I told them that if they didn’t reply with the specific return instructions in the next 24 hours I would begin sharing my experiences with their company online. No such reply has been received to date.
With all this in mind, I urge everyone to think carefully before purchasing any of FitVii’s products.
UPDATE I have limited number of characters available here so I must paraphrase FitVii’s reaction to my TrustPilot posting above:
On January 14th, FitVii emailed and offered a “Full Refund” without having to return the device or an upgraded device at no charge. I replied and asked for the refund and thanked them for not requiring me to return the defective device. They then emailed me to state that they won’t do the refund until I remove my comments here on TrustPilot. I have told them that I won’t do that, and that I will forgo the refund. If they had refunded me, I would have edited my comments to explain that in the end they made it right, but they have not and they want the truth hidden.

Great watch really Great contact with sellers wearing it is like someone is looking over you really good thanks to all
After writing to the CS four times
After writing to the CS four times, the shipment finally reached me after one month of order placement, but to a different collection point I had not chosen. The CS is courteous and patient, but the logistic department is terrible and needs to take a big stride to be on par with their CS.

Complete scam
Complete scam! Never shipped order, provided fake tracking, tried to force upgraded ( not really) item for extra money, when asked to cancel, wanted to keep extra money. They located in China, no US presence. Avoid them if you don’t want to be scammed

Fitvii product support works really well and quickly ! Special thank to Judy for friendly and professional support :-)
I got all the answers i needed about GT5 Pro, and also about possible upgrades.
Looking foward for their contigius development and improvements
Poor experience all around!
I have been trying to get my Fitvii watch to work for two days. The first problem I encountered was setting up the app, which I downloaded using the QR Code provided. I selected the free version, but they charged me for the premium version. I was able to reverse the charges and find another app to use; however, I found two more problems. The watch will not sync with the Bluetooth on my phone, and it will not record any measurements except steps. I am very frustrated and disappointed. This was supposed to be an aid for my health journey. Very sad about this purchase.

why does my FitVii GT5 Pro show my HR…
why does my FitVii GT5 Pro show my HR as 105 when other devices and measured manually shows 51?

Total unreliable device
It is total unreliable device. For example blood glucose can be measured and when you change the time from 9 am to 11 pm the result will change. So how is it possible to read two values at the same time? They guess the blood glucose values in dependence of the time of day. They quess that you will eat something in the morning what give a rise in value. Also blood pressure is total unreliable. If you check with a medical device you see the real values with too big differences. Also ECG values are not easily measurable. Most of the time you get a square wave instead of an ECG. This device should be forbidden because it it is a big health danger for patients who believes these values. It is a total scam device worth no more than a cheap shit watch.

I gave 5 stars for Judy
I gave 5 stars for my experience with Judy, the Rep helping me with this order. However, I have to give one star for the tracking software. They lost my order in Illinois for nearly two weeks before it miraculously appeared again and I finally got my order.
Had a problem with the first watch and…
Had a problem with the first watch and they replaced it promptly.
Absolute scam
Absolute scam. They took my money then repeatedly failed to fulfil the order. When I requested a refund they informed me there would be a 10% fee to cover administrative costs and bank charges! I have repeatedly asked why I am being charged for their incompetence and inability to fulfil my order - but have been met by a wall of silence. DO NOT buy from these people

Fitvii GT5Pro blood pressure false advertising
I am greatly dissatisfied buyer of Fitvii GT5Pro smart watch. My mother has high hypertension and variable blood pressure. That is why I bought Fitvii GT5 Pro watch on Oct 20th 2024 for her just to measure drop or rise in blood pressure. No precise nor medical grade device was needed, only a rough indication of blood pressure rise or drop.
What I got is a Fitvii watch that after calibration will show the blood pressure 139/88 when your real pressure is 186/97. Generally the calibrated GT5Pro watch shows approximate bp value ONLY if your bp stays in very close proximity to the calibrated value. That conclusion I proved consistently and supported by numerous measuremens.
When contacting the company, here is what Fitvii support team had to say about this:
"(GT5Pro is) consumer-grade product designed to provide general health insight"
and
"intended for daily reference only "
If one can find out what general health insight or reference one could get from non responsive BP measurement device that doesn't recognize 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 mmHg pressure rise or drop from the calibrated value, please give me a note.
Interestingly Fitvii tries to cover it's mislabeling with the following "Note that the data cannot be used as a medical-grade test". However nobody asks for medical grade. Their watch simply have no grade at all. BP watch option simply does not do proper measurement by any standards.
Support team offered me 100% refund if I have returned the watch (which I would gladly do) but have to pay postage myself, and then wait unspecified time for refund. Or alternatively offered 50% refund with no additional costs for me. When I accepted their offer for 50% without costs, the support team simply went silent, no refund, no mail response, no nothing.
After several weeks I sent another email to reminded them of our agreement, but the support stuff demanded additional proof mailed to them before any refund! I sent them textual explanations illustrated with pictures but informed them I changed my mind demanding the full refund with no additional cost for me. They refused this because of "company policy".
What specially motivates my reaction on this matter is the fact that Fitvii advertise blood pressure monitoring with the following, quotes:
"Best selling Gitvii GT5Pro smart watch focusing on blood pressure..."
"Blood pressure watch with heart rate monitor for elders"
"It is ideal for individuals with hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, and the elderly to monitor their blood pressure status, effectively aiding in the early detection and warning of diseases such as hypertension and cardiovascular diseases."
Such irresponsible false advertising is literally life threatening especially for hypertensive patients and elders.

Fantastic Customer Service!
Their customer service was outstanding both during and after my purchase. They answered all my questions flawlessly, leaving me extremely satisfied. And of course, their watches are fantastic and absolutely worth the experience!

untrustworthy delivery service non existent customer support
On the 21st Aug. 24 I ordered a Best Upgrade FITVII® GT5Pro Blood Pressure Monitoring Watch With Blood Glucose ECG Heart Rate Health Fitness Tracker 2024. On 23rd Aug. 24 I received a notification stating that order was on the way. Tracking info. showed that package was awaiting to be picked up. By the 14th September I still had not received my order and the tracking info. was still showing that package was awaiting to be picked up!!. I sent an email to fitvii support but I got no reply not even an acknowledgement. By the end of September 2024 I still had not received my order or any form of reply from Fitvii. I registered my complaint with Paypal claiming a refund and they immdiately replied trying to convince me to withdraw my case and that they will re-send my watch. An offer which I refused. They still did not refund my payment and I had to escalate my case with Paypal to finally be informed that my refund was going to be effected.

BEWARE!! almost impossible to return for FULL refund
Decent smart watch but almost impossible to return for a FULL refund.
Minimal and difficult to locate instructions and FAQ's for the Upgrade FITVII® GT5 Blood Pressure Watch With Heart Rate Monitor for Senior.
After 4 emails to fitvii.com customer support still not able to consistently use watch.
Would not stay synced to app.
Unable to access chart showing HR, BP, H2O, etc.
User interface with navigating watch features over app are not very intuitive.
When I requested a refund due to overall dissatisfaction with the performance of the watch this is the response I got from Fitvii Team:
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your message, and I understand your desire to return the product.
Please note that the refund process can be quite complicated and I wanted to share the details with you to help you make an informed decision:
1. Please reset the watch and uninstall the app, then provide video proof.
2. Provide photo proof of completed product packaging.
3. Share the logistic tracking number after shipment.
A return label will be provided after verifying steps 1 and 2. Please ship the product and provide the tracking number (this is very important).
*Refunds will be processed within 1-4 weeks after we receive the product.
*Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs and we will deduct a 10% processing fee from the final refund, so only 90% can be refunded. This may not be the most economical option.
!!!As an alternative, if you choose to keep your watch, we will be happy to provide you with a 30% refund. This is a more cost-effective solution and I hope you will consider it.
Please let me know how you would like to proceed and I look forward to hearing from you.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS, IMHO.

I am very impressed with this watch
I am very impressed with this watch. It is for my 90 year old mother, but it is easy for her to use. I did contact Judy for assistance and she was a great help. It has a great menu with a list of options. A fantastic value. I will say, it comes from overseas so it takes about 3 weeks to receive it. It’s worth it though.
Works great, Fun to use
I bought the GT5Pro watch for my daughter to track her fitness progress, and it's been amazing! The step counter is spot on, and she loves all the different exercises can help her wind down at night.
Delivery after all
Hi, I did have some questions about the delivery and emailed with Judy and she was very helpful and helped a lot. I think you need to be more clear about where you can pickup the parcel, it was not mentioned anywhere that my parcel was at my local post office….
