Poor advertisement of the cheltenham £20 free bet back if loses 13.20 first race.
It was advertised as soon as you log in. Then when you click it, it took me to the horse selection so I picked my horse and placed the bet.
The free bet wasn't issued so I contacted them and they're saying you had to opt in on a separate bonus page which isn't even on the homescreen.
99% of bookmakers don't make you select the offer on a separate page, especially when your advertisement automatically takes you to the race selection.

Very good customer service, easy to get hold of in phone and answer emails promptly. They don't seem to have android app any more which annoying for online bookmaker.

Current rating is 1 star as I’m awaiting my withdrawal. Once I get it I will update it accordingly.

I started playing around 2 weeks ago and made a big withdrawal a week ago. I was asked to send in documents which I sent, I was asked for more documents as the withdrawal was quite big but a week later and I’m awaiting confirmation if the documents were accepted.

So far the experience has been good and hopefully the issue is resolved within the next few days so I can get back to playing.

This bookie has gone from being quite good to totally the opposite. Today I played live blackjack, I went to take a card and the dealer failed to give a card, I highlighted this straight away in the live chat, the dealer then bust but my hand showed as a loser. I took a screenshot and sent it to Fitzdares as I didn’t want to deal with the live bot and they came back saying they had reviewed the hand and it was a loser. I highlighted that this couldn’t be the case as I had sent a screen shot of me only having two cards so couldn’t bust. As usual they didn’t listen and really didn’t care. I am disgusted.

Very positive experience, once verified withdrawals have been quick, large selection of markets and fantasy options very good. Large, varied selection of slots.
Could have better bet builder options and cash out options seem limited but on the whole a really good company.
