Having had personal and business dealings with Millie initially and latterly Max and Christine, all I can say is that they offer an exceptional service that goes above and beyond what I ever expected.
They are all so professional and are always available to talk to, moan at and just offer advice which is always cock on. Being an extremely friendly bunch, they are a pleasure to deal with. No matter how awkward I may have been (sorry guys), they ALL keep their head and offer up a workable solution.

After being with Vodafone for over 15 years and becoming more and more unsatisfied with the level of customer service I decided to look at alternative options.

After a while we realised that Five Bars would be by far the best option on the short list and we were not disappointed. The transfer from Vodafone was seamless and all the processes were clearly explained and it all caused very minimal disruption.

After dealing with Millie Hubbard since our switch she has been knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

We have used Fivebars for the last four years and have never had a problem. Their customer service is excellent the staff are friendly & very helpful. We have just renewed again and as always they have got us an excellent deal with great savings.

We as a business have been using Fivebars to provide our mobile coverage from the very beginning. Would I say they get everything right, all of the time ? No. But in the mobile world who can, what I can say is that what they say they are going to do they do! Martin and the team know you as you, your not just another account number and that's the personal touch that makes them better than the rest. They constantly review your account and move you to a product that gives you the best return.
