Bournemouth Castlepoint store is too cramped. Hardly enough space to move when it's busy. This is dangerous for COVID outbreaks. They also have alcohol which isn't conducive to a family environment.

Awful cold burger delivered by Uber eats. Now part of the problem was with the time to deliver, however the other fault is clearly the store.
Why leave cooked food unheated for 30 minutes while uber wait for another driver? So it arrives cold.
Order wrong, we ordered one burger with cheese and one without. Both burgers arrived with cheese. We ordered BBQ sauce in the burgers, there was none in either. Ordered extra mayo and ketchup sachets, none in the bag. Will never use again as they just don’t care about delivery orders.

Tables sticky and full of crumbs
iOrdering was OK. Have been serval time before usually clean and pleasant. On this visit all the bar tables were covered in crumbs and very sticky. Someone had left a tray of nut on the bar. Not good should anyone come in with a nut allergy.
Four staff on duty. The whole time I was in store not one of the staff cleaned the table though it was visible that they needed doing.

Our prices are what they are as we pride ourselves on the quality of our food. We use only fresh and premium ingredients, which are hand prepared each morning by our crew, to ensure a high quality product. We don't have any freezers in our stores and everything is cooked to order.
Our hot dogs are cut in half to achieve a caramelised exterior, and these are of a standard size. You can add any of our 15 free toppings.
We hope this explains more about Five Guys.
