Burger was ok however fries were cold.
Over priced and small portion
First and last time I will visit this food chain.
When I received my order, i immediately felt like apporching the counter and asking for a refund.
I was charged almost £25 for the smallest burger I've ever seen, 1 regularly fries, 1 coke, and 1 milkshake.
I will stick with McDonald's in future, better value and bigger portion size.
Drunk worker
I attended the Camberley branch after a busy day at work. The food was fantastic I can’t fault that but there were members of staff that were behaving like they were drunk. Many of them had vacant looks on their faces and no one seemed to know what they were supposed to be doing.
Staff appeared preoccupied and acted like they did not want to be there.
This is not the way I want to be greeted by people cooking my dinner.

Cleanliness very very poor at the camberley branch.
Never seen so much food waste on the kitchen floor and so many disposed rubber gloves.
Tables were filthy with food debris.
Won’t be going to a 5 guys again
We eat at 5 guys every month or so. It’s expensive, but I had always thought you pay a bit more for the quality.
Until this weekend I’ve never had an issue. However our food this weekend, specifically the fries, weren’t good at all. They were unseasoned, not hot but beyond that had a faint “off” taste to them.
I get that occasionally it doesn’t all go right. But what I didn’t expect was to be totally ignored by customer services when I contacted them about it. The 2 large fries were over £12 in cost. From an order of over £50. I wasn’t asking or expecting for anything more than the cost of the fries to be compensated. I actually thought, and would have been more than happy with, that they’d send me some kind of voucher to use in kind. What I got from them was a total denial that anything was wrong and a complete refusal to give any compensation.
So it seems that as long as everything is ok then it’s ok. But is the food or service is bad…
Over rated and overpriced
Just had our first Five Guys to see what the hype is about. Paid over £60 for 2 large and 2 small meals and have to say I wasn't impressed, completely over rated. The chips to be fair were very nice and there were alot of them. The burger was average at best, and very overpriced for what it was. I've had much nicer burgers elsewhere.

7:45 ran out of burgers on a Friday night all staff catering for delivery market no reserve for walk in customers no signs up you get to stand and wait till a worker comes over from grill with a dozen burgers on the go to say we are just serving delivery orders. We were 3 walked out with 3-4 others disappointed potential customers. People have made the effort to come to your restaurant, plan make an effort to have reserved burger stock. Close the door with signage ‘kitchen closed or closing’ or put someone at the door when this occurs. Manage the situation, plan better the shop is there a while you must have numbers of walk in sales, to reserve that stock and not to run out early evening. Disappointed.
