Awful Burger

Didn't like the concept. Interior design not appealing. Awful burger. Too expensive! Now I understand why the place is always empty when I pass it.

Our prices are what they are as we pride ourselves on the quality of our food. We use only fresh and premium ingredients, which are hand prepared each morning by our crew, to ensure a high quality product. We don't have any freezers in our stores and everything is cooked to order.

Way to expensive

Nothing went wrong, but when we started to order and the price started to tally up we were looking at near £80 for 2 adults and 3 kids, we were not ordering anything extravagant just 2 adults burgers with 3 kids burgers plus chips and drinks. For a fast food restaurant this was totally unreasonable, Mac Donalds would have cost about £30 for all of us, it is such a shame as I wanted to treat the family to something a bit different, but I had to say to the server it's getting a bit too expensive and can she just cancel it, in the end we went to wetherspoons and got 4 adult meals with drinks and a Panini also with a drink plus 4 deserts for £52. The biggest thing that shocked me about five guys is that it's an extra £1.80 for a cheeseburger compared to a regular hamburger, I wonder is this cheese made from a cow that has attended the cow olympics or something and won gold to justify the price?. I see that five guys don't respond to any comments on trustpilot reviews, which goes to show they are milking it as much as their £5.50 milkshakes!
