Tried the click and collect option
Tried the click and collect option. Waited approx 25 mins after the time allocated. Food was cold and burnt. Such a bad experience when you are paying £8.50 for a burger and £5 for a half a bag of chips. Previous visits were similar. Upon trying to talk to staff we got ignored and the manager looked as though he belonged in Charlie chalks. However try the one on Mary street instead. Complete contrast !

5 guys first timer!
Positives -
Smaller version of burgers are quite large (so I’d recommend getting one of those)
Toppings had a lot of variety!
Good service (v patient with me while ordering)
- it’s sort of like a Starbucks system: order and pick up food and sit down
Lots of drinks variety and unlimited refills!
cajun chips were delicious!
Negatives -
It can be a tad overwhelming when it’s your first time!
- it was very busy and lots and of options
- drink machines were a tad confusing

Had a delivery, felt so disappointed , had ordered the grilled cheese sandwich , my goodness it came looking like a flat pancake absolutely tastless .The milkshake was really sweet , and the burgers were so dry . I've heard alot about this chain so l was really looking forward to it .SO OVERPRICED
