Hi Stephen, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. To confirm, the biggest burger totals around £13 and the Large Fries, which is a sharing portion for 3-4 people, is just over £6.
Our prices reflect the quality of our food with premium ingredients that are hand-prepared each morning. Everything is cooked fresh to order.

Our prices are what they are as we pride ourselves on the quality of our food. We use only fresh and premium ingredients, which are hand prepared each morning by our crew, to ensure a high quality product. We don't have any freezers in our stores and everything is cooked to order.
We do not offer hot drinks as we do not believe this fits the profile we seek. Everything is cooked fresh, therefore it is served hot and fresh off the grill.

Bacon Found in Veggie Sandwich!
I ordered a cheese sandwich which was vegetarian ( containing a bun, cheese and vegetables). On the label this also matched. I unwrapped the tinfoil and hit into this. To find 2 piece of bacon. I was horrified. I have been a vegetarian for so many years and was so disappointed by this. I have contacted Five Guys online and because it was ordered via deleiveroo they are refusing to send a refund or compensation for this awful service. The food was made by the Five Guys team and not delivered fault to check. This breaches Natasha’s Law and they don’t take responsibility.
