What's all the fuss about?

Five Guys Chiswick Review

What's all the fuss about?

It's Difficult to fault the technical application of burgers here.

There seems to be a good process and staff are trained or instructed to say all the right things.

As a burger lover, the quality of the burger was poor.
There was no real taste and the bottom bun was soggy.

It took a while for me to understand that all the extras I was being asked about was included in the price.

I was astonished to find there were no meal deals and every item was extra.

We had 2 burgers and 1 small fries for £30 - wow!!
This with no drink or shake.

The staff were so focused on ticking all the right boxes, they often forgot to smile.

Average experience, however, because of the price point and lack of special offer deals etc. I'm unlikely to visit again

Sorry Five guys you are far too expensive for me. And the taste and quality doesn't qualify for a one-off expensive treat either.

Hair in burgers

I ordered delivery and got a cheeseburger from the branch in chiswick. Unlucky for me was a clump of hair inside the burger.

Don't eat here. They clearly don't wear hairnets and if they do I can only think staff deliberately put hair in the food.

Luckily I've taken photos.

CHISWICK HIGH ROAD

CHISWICK HIGH ROAD

Went into this establishment and was horrified to have to wait 14 minutes for my child’s burger and chips. The girl behind the counter was far too busy wiping the surfaces and 3 times I had to ask her how long it would take. Her reply was 3 mins on all occasions!I was horrified to find after waiting 8 mins she finally decided to put the basket of chips into the fryer.I asked to speak to the manager where her reply was He has gone to the toilet….more information that I needed.
After 14 mins and with zero apology she hands me my food.I told her I would be sitting at the table and would wait for the manager. After another 4 mins he comes over and I explained how unacceptable it was given there was not anyone else waiting on food. All he proceeded to do was grin at me and was extremely patronising. When I asked him his name he said I am not telling you and proceeded to say I would call his head office Monday morning….

His response was do I look like I care

Shocking and appalling service from someone who claims he was the manager
If this is the sort of people this joint employs there really is no hope whatsoever

AVOID THIS BRANCH
