We feel that we offer great value for money, given the high quality and care we put into our burgers, fries and whole menu.
There are no freezers in any of our stores. We also only use fresh and premium ingredients, which are prepared by hand each morning by our crew, to ensure a high-quality product.
We’re also unique as everything is cooked to order, serving you fresh food with customisable products to make sure your meal is exactly how you like it. In short – we are obsessed by creating the best burgers and fries we know and feel the only way to get there is through combining the best possible ingredients with great in-house production, training and cleanliness standards.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your concerns and we hope that this explains more about how we do things and why our prices are what they are.

next time id go nandos at least the staff communicate and have icecream and peri salt
my mum might have a heart attack from the amount of salt
save your money on this expensive mess

Wow not in a good way, covered the whole bun top and bottom layer litrally all of it in tomato sauce (and your tomato sauce is very vinegary), I could not taste the burger, all I could taste is tomato sauce.
The chips were covered in salt literally, your cooks need to think about what tastes good.
If you cover the burger in tomato sauce or salt all you can taste is tomato sauce and salt.
I really think it would have been good, the food was good, if it hadn't have been covered in condiments. You really need to tell your cooks how much seasoning and condiments how to put on. TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON CONDIMENTS, PEASE.
Polite, lovely staff, but they need training.
